Just stop by to pick up some holiday pies. Very friendly service and prompt also. I had pre-ordered on the website which was quite convenient.

Staff served and took our orders fine. They did so with prompt and accurate service. My suggestion would be to do so with a smile . Maybe a friendly word or a tiny bit of charm this would've given this review two more stars. Which in turn would've given them mycha get tips. Hospitality usually will trump slower service and mediocre food.

Love Pollys we have been coming here for over 20 years. The food is excellent and so is the service. I guess you can say this is my home away from home when it comes to a good ole fashion meal. It's also clean and the whole pies are not expensive!

Polly's is my go to for comfort food. I love the club sandwich, baked beans, chili, quiche, pot pie... so many good things on the menu.

I read some reviews and was worried about the service. Gave them a chance and was not dissapointed. The greeter and waitress noticed me quickly and served my order within 10 minutes. I did show up at a slow period of the day, which may have benefited my experience. Try the build your own option, comes with your choice of sandwich and pie!

Stood on line for 20 minutes with four other customers before anyone acknowledged we were there. Finally, we had to ask someone else if we could put our name on the waiting list. Which he did. We sat and waited and had everyone that was standing behind us get seated. My family and I finally left. This has happened before at this location. I will not be coming back here again. We will take our business elsewhere where it is wanted

I wanted to let you know that, on Sunday night October 23rd, around 6:00 pm we had a really bad experience at the Raymond location in Fullerton. We were asked, "How many", we said 2..please we preferred table away from the oven. The host said - "Let me asked the waitress - there is only one working in that area." We answered "Fine"
He comes back and said, "The waitress said that you would have to wait at least 5 more minutes or so for a table."
There were no more than 6 tables TOTAL occupied. :(
We said "Thanks, but no thanks. There are other places that want our business". We left to Black Bear at Harbor and had a great time. Asked your employers to have positive attitude and be willing to work.
Bad service - Good food. Which, sadly, seems to be common for that location.

Thank you for taking the time to listen.
