Had several outlets go bad as well as GFI missing in the kitchen. Moved into this house (money pit) a year ago and constantly fixing everything so was stressed about the wiring and what was behind the walls. Chris and helper got here on time and put my mind at ease within an hour. Some very easy fixes that they took care of right away and eliminated possible fires in the future. I will recommend Polk Electric to friends and will use for any future electrical projects.

Von, my electrician was very persistent in finding my electrical issue. Showed up on the time agreed upon and was professional during his visit. Lights back on!!

Had a new well drilled and called a week before to line up an electrician. I was told one would call me to schedule time. I then called back the day before needing service and was told that they did not know if Polk was going to do job or they were going to get someone else and they would call me. I NEVER HEARD FROM POLK, forcing me to desperately scramble for an electrician. Poor customer service and will never call them for help or recommend them. They do not deserve an A+ rating from BBB and will file complaint with them as well.

We have been renovating our home for a few years now and updating and upgrading the electrical seemed like a daunting task until we called Polk Electric. They sent Kirby out to our house and we fell in love with him. Not only does he know his stuff, he is friendly and helpful. We have had Kirby come back 2 more times to do additional work for us because we know we can trust him to be fair and honest. We are very happy with our service!

Update:
Im updating my rating as Polk finally reached out to me and explained a mixup they had with my contact info. Once they sorted that out, they scheduled the job and performed the requested work. I was happy with the work performed and the install looks great.

After waiting 2 weeks to have someone come and survey a job for me I never heard back from them with a quote. I then called back to ask for the quote and was told they would call me back. A month later and nothing.response / report this review
