DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. If moving wasn't already expensive and stressful enough, they WILL make it exponentially worse! We couldn't get pick up or delivery scheduled when we needed, they have triple charged us leaving us almost broke and they just charged us again and we haven't had a pod anymore for weeks, not to mention that a great deal of our things were broken upon arrival.
We have been fighting with them for weeks trying to get our over charges returned to us (so we can actually pay our bills ) and have gotten nothing but the run around. Pods has continued to take random amounts of money out of our account with no explanation and no one on the phone able to explain what the charge is for .
We will not only make sure that NO ONE we know will EVER use this service but we will be taking legal action as well.report this review
