The service is always excellent and the food is some of the best around. I enjoy the Wednesday night specials where select entrées are half-price. I had the 20 ounce ribeye last night and it was cooked to perfection.

My husband & I were in town just for the day! He grew up in Canton & hasn't been back since early 2000's..we loved the food, & atmosphere of the restaurant but the best was our waitress Lisa...she was busy & yet made time to help my hubby with remembering some places in the area. He said the area had been really updated & changed but she helped with a fun time remenacing!

I love going here and Meg is the absolute best! She attends to my every wish - it is as if I have my very own personal Genie - I love that bread and butter - my favorite is the Chilean Sea Bass and I am always super excited to catch it as a Chef's fav!

I came into Plug Uglies with my family and we were treated amazingly from the time we walked in the door til the time that we left. Chef John was hands down the best- the lollipop wings were absolutely delicious! Mark was charismatic behind the bar as always and Brian the manager was so welcoming. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! If I could rate this above a 5+ I would :)

Arrived in Baltimore two days be fore thanksgiving and my son , Aaron, who lives around the corner , took me there - coming from San Antonio, I absolutely loved it and will go back there when I visit again - food and service- outstanding!

We were out for Cinco De Mayo but the Mexican place across the street was PACKED so we headed here instead. We sat upstairs at a booth and we sat there for a good 15/20 minutes before anyone noticed we were there. There was another table waiting to be noticed as well, and finally someone did come over. Our waitress turned out to be very good, just overworked since it looked like she was the only one on our floor. The food was TERRIFIC though and once our waitress knew we were there, we were well taken care of! Definitely recommend you give this place a try!

Nice and laid back place. Good looking food, I only had the fruit and cheese tray, but looked around at others and the presentation looked delicious. Staff was very friendly and attentive. On the Sunday morning I was there a pretty good crowd of folks were there, although not overly crowded. I enjoyed myself. A nice chill spot...

**Update: manager reached out to me to address the issue. Showed good customer service. I am adding stars based on the quick response I received from the manager.
Very disappointed in the service. I walked into an empty Pug Ugly's and sat at the bar. There was one other couple sitting close by. I sat there for over ten minutes. Another couple walks in and sits down and is immediately served by the woman bartender and walks away without ever speaking to me. I even called out to her, but was ignored. I'd hate to think this bar discriminates. Needless to say I ended up walking out and eating elsewhere.
