  Bryan was really great at helping us find a home which fit the criteria of our needs and fighting to make sure we got a good deal after we received the inspection. He was very informative and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns! We are so happy with our home!

  Just had my first closing with Bryan Vasquez with PLAYYCE and it was exceptional from start to finish! I had met with a return client of mine that was looking to make an upgrade for him and his growing family. The first realtor he hired was slow to respond, had a no before yes attitude and didn’t have enough creative thinking to get things done in a difficult market. Bryan was the exact opposite and what had take us 4 months with no results with the previous agent Bryan and his team got the clients current primary under contract and found the perfect home in under 30 days before the school year started! The icing on the cake we got seller credits negotiated post inspection which allowed our client to buy a 785k home and come out of pocket with close to nothing! Would recommend for anyone that needs a high level agent!

  Bryan has been the most amazing, professional, caring, and involved realtor for the past 5 years. PLAYYCE has been here for two homes as our family grows. Bryan always listens to our needs and provides the best care for my family. I would recommend for anyone to work with this company to find a just for now or forever home.
