  Love the clothes, but staff is getting pretty rude. A girl tonight kept bumping into my twins who are 10, and kept getting really rude. Get rid of her, keep the cheap prices!!

  Took my grandkids here. They have a lot of good quality clothing in a small space. It's higher than a thrift store, but the quality is much more consistent.

  This is a great place to get one of a kind hard to find clothing items! The staff on the other hand is absolutely the worst and terrible. If they don't like their job that should go work somewhere else.

  Clothes are great but the staff is incredibly rude. I went in to sell some items and the workers were very impolite towards me even when I asked a question. They also rip you off and do not give you the correct amount of money your items are worth. I went into sell 6 Vera Bradley bags all of which were new and I only got 31 dollars. It was ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone go here to sell because you will lose money instead of gaining some. Incredibly disappointed in the staff and service. They just lost a customer because I will not be going back.

  Sad to see racism is a major problem in not only America but in my own town, the employees here; all ladies were Caucasian and greeted only Caucasian and not different ethics groups that entered their store. My own mother was disrespected by one of the young ladies. I would never spent my money in this store until I'm treated with respect and not judged by the color of my skin.

  This store has the worst customer service I've seen! All 3 times I've been every single person has been rude which is not acceptable. Reasonably priced but if you're selling your clothes forget it! They won't give you hardly anything and don't take very many items.

  It's always the first place I go when I start my shopping day! I always find something that I can't live without. I love how everything is organized by color, it makes things super easy especially when you're looking for something specific. They have great items and I recommend it to anyone and everyone! I love it.

  I have been in this platos closet MANY times. The employees are always super nice and super helpful. it irritates me when people bring stuff in expecting a lot of money for USED items. but anytime I have gone in to sell I think what they give is reasonable! (I've worked in resale before. I know how it goes). this is by far my favorite store and I feel like I'm a valued customer when I'm in the store! they also have great deals on clothes, shoes & purses. :)
