I worked with Rose to find me newest apartment, and I must say, Rose was absolutely fantastic! I was skeptical about having a broker for the moving process, but now I understand why it's necessary. Many listings are sent exclusively to brokers and without one you would never know! Rose helped me to find my dream apartment, and she took care of all the details. She made sure to follow up with the leasing office and helped me fill out everything necessary. The process was smooth and I barely needed to think about anything additional which was so crucial for me as a busy, working person. Besides all that, Rose was a delight to be around! She made the viewings and slower parts of the process fun. Next time I need to move I will most definitely be giving Rose a call. I've also already recommended her to my friends. Very worth it to get a broker, and specifically her as your broker!

Reagan helped me find a studio apartment in NYC a few months ago and could not have done a better job. She was very responsive and showed me a wide variety of options across neighborhoods and price points within my budget. She knew the neighborhoods very well and was candid and practical about the pros and cons of each. She has a great attention for detail and pointed out the smaller details about each apartment (e.g., closet sizes, natural light, window views) that helped me make a fully informed decision. I ultimately found the perfect place after touring apartments for 1 day and could not have been more grateful for her help in making the process so smooth!
