    8/2016: Responded to an email in a very timely manner, on the weekend, even when I said 'no emergency'.
    My heat pump that had issues, finally died. Heat index in the 100s and no a/c.
    Tony was professional, thorough, and extremely fair.
    I'd definitely recommend!
