    Just bought a Pro RMK here from Matt. Great guy to deal with, got a great sled at a great price. These guys will be my go-to stop for all things snowmobile and atv. Can’t say enough good things about them.

    Excellent place. People that work there are very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. You won't find kindness with professionalism like this very many other places. They are a true team and work together to bring all clientele the absolute best they have to offer. Not to mention their product lineup is astounding, versatile, and very dynamic. Stop on here....and you will definitely remember what you saw.

    One stop, problem solved. They treat you like family. You can tell they really care about you & want to help. They aren't just there to sell you. The staff was super knowledgeable, & they have everything you could need. They are just AWESOME all around.

    They agreed to an out the door price I wanted and then I filled out a credit app. They had to get what I wanted from another dealer. After credit application I got the bait n switch, was told that it was going to be $800 over what was previously agreed on out the door even though I have a voicemail from the salesman (Chris) clearly stating that he could do the price I wanted. So glad I did not waste a 4 hour round trip as this was all done by phone.

    Stopped in the other day to look and couldn't believe there amazing service! My sales guy was top notch. Very informative and down to earth. We will be buy a new Side by Side this month and there is no chance we will buy from anyone else!

    Excellent service experience: I have a 2016 Yamaha VX Cruiser, i.e. bought last year (still under Boat Show extra year warranty). In our 2nd week of usage for 2017, she wouldn't start. Locked & unlocked ok. "Check engine" on dash screen. But nothing happened when I hit the start button. A voltmeter on the battery read 12v. So with 12v, and lock tones and dash screens working, thought "battery's ok, must be something else". Didn't want to waste time/$ trying a new battery since I already had a good one and wanted to get a repair going ASAP.

    I called Wonderland Marine West in Brighton (purchasing dealer) describing the problem exactly, and told them: I live 1 hour 30 minutes away, is there anything I should check before having to bring it in & lose 2-3 weeks of summer use including our full week vacation? Response was terrible (as it has been in past). Service rep (on phone) was abrupt and unfriendly (as if my call was wasting his time). No, there's nothing you can check. We will get to it in 10-14 days after dropping off, then however long to fix. THEN we will determine if it's a warranty repair. Warranty will only cover manufacturer defects. We find many of these problems are caused by misuse. It was obvious he couldn't care less how long it was out of the water, made no attempt to work with me, and sounded like he was getting ready to tool me on the warranty.

    So I looked for an alternative and found Planet Powersports in Coldwater (i.e. had enough of Wonderland). Described my problem to Nick in Service, exactly the same as to Wonderland. His response was "just because the battery shows 12v doesn't mean it has enough amperage to actually start the Waverunner. You should try charging or another battery before you bring it in". If it was not the battery it was likely a warranty repair and they would get to it within a few days and try to get me back on the water as soon as possible. Completely different attitude from Wonderland.

    Well I got a new battery locally (with return available) took out the old, put in the new and how about that, started right up. So thanks, Nick and Planet Powersports. You saved me a great time & trouble hassle of having to bring the Waverunner in, and taught me something about batteries. Plus you denied yourself the attending service charges. But you won a customer and my strong recommendation to others at my lake for a GOOD Waverunner service location. As for Wonderland, either they didn't care enough to recommend I try the new battery fix, or worse, were ignorant of the voltage-amperage situation or even worse knew what was likely the problem and just wanted to generate some extra service $.

    Good riddance to Wonderland and THANKS to Planet!!

    Very hard for me to believe some of these other reviews...I am a newer customer for them. From the moment I first walked into that place to present day I have not been treated badly by anyone at the dealership. They are courteous, they follow through and they are very reasonably priced. I live over 2 1/2 hours away and have 4 or more closer dealers. And I have a Polaris dealer 20 miles from my doorstep I purposefully drive 2 1/2 hrs to do business with planet power sports.

    Poor service tries to buy a battery they didn't have any instead of ordering one in I was told to come back in a couple months when they order some how ridiculous...

    Not a good experience here. I was told that the carb. on the used Enduro that I bought my son for his birthday had received attention, had been cleaned, adj, etc. Upon starting it, the first time we took her home, it was clear that the idle was way too high and the choke had to be mostly closed, in order for it to run. Also there was a safety issue. The throttle control was sticky and wouldn't always retract. I spoke with the Service Manager about this within the first week. In so many words, he said that they'd take care of it. Meanwhile I purchased a helmet and various items from them, for my son. After the repairs were completed, I was still charged, even though I had inherited the problems their service department had missed, before I had purchased the bike. This not a good way to grow a business, and to treat customers. I went way out of my way to bring the bike back to them... Richland and back, twice. Never again!

    Bought a brand new 4 wheeler first of the year. Contacted them later in the year to inquire about a sports bike. Had to call them back to get an answer they didn't call me. Now at the end of the year after buying a sports bike through a personal sale this summer I contacted them again about trading it in on a newer model. Mind uou this was an excellent trade. 07 gxsr 600 with 8k miles on it. Salesman from comment below told me he would see what he could do. Again had to call them back three days later to see about progress to find out nothing at all had been checked on. That was when he started talking to me like a salesman that knew more than I did and kept trying to talk over me. Needless to say I didn't call them back this time and it's been a week that I haven't heard back again. I went somewhere else and bought a brand new bike. You would think a returning customer that bought a brand new 10k dollar 4 wheeler would warrant a little more attention......Thanks salesman from the comment below. I found a place that does the same as your place only better.
