    So...my name is Toby and I am the general manager at the Springboro Pizza Hut. After reading multiple reviews I come to find out that most you as our customers say your never coming back to Pizza Hut again, but yet you do. Also, before you wanna say “the customer is always right” why don’t you actually tell the whole story about how you call the store and scream and cuss out the staff because your food wasn’t there on time. That is not the proper way you call and find out where your food is. You need to call and speak to my staff as is they were a person, not someone who should bend to your every wish just because you are the customer. We are also customers and want you to think about how you would like it if we came into your job or called on the phone and screamed at you for screwing up our order. Think before you speak to someone, because the more you scream at us, the more are going to hang up on you and refuse you help you. And go ahead and call the customer service hotline and complain and get your free pizza coupons. Truth be told, if you just call the store and speak to us like we are people and respect our feelings to, we will be more than happy to assist you. Just a little food for thought.

    Don't know what happened to this locations management but this location went from great pizzas to horrible! The last 3 recent times I ordered from this location just keeps getting worse but this last time I ordered on Friday was the worst ever. They wasn't even busy but it was completely nasty!I Order the garlic nots and received no marinara sauce and I even ordered a extra one. Didn't receive either. I Ordered two large pan pzzas and asked for extra toppings and didn't receive them. And didn't even receive the normal toppings .on the other Pizza was not cooked all the way and the pan dough was flat ,doughy, and tasted awful. Made our stomachs upset. Manager was extremely rude... I Told him I would never order from there again. His response was,,, oh well. I'm switching to domino's pizza! Pizza Hut sucks now. Awful pizza and even worse costumer service!

    Friendly and helpful. Pick up order was ready when they said it would be. Asked if I needed any plates or napkins when I picked up order. Pizza was and always has been dee-lish. Thank you. :)

    From the app I ordered a pizza and wings to be delivered to my job. I received a text saying it was only the way, yet ten minutes after the requested time there was still no order. I called and Toby tells me that my card had been declined and because my phone number was wrong, he just canceled the order. How was my phone number wrong when I received the text? When I called back to ask this (I think he hung up on me) he said "oh the internet just does that sometimes, it's your fault for putting your number in wrong" when I asked for clarification he told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. 5 people didn't get lunch today because of this and there wasn't a thing wrong with my debit card. Don't worry about the app, I won't be coming back period to Pizza Hut.

    Terrible customer service. Ordered two medium pizzas and 12 wings at 7:30 PM was told 45 minutes on delivery so after patiently waiting an hour and 45 minutes I call the store to check on the order and I'm told that the order went through the call center which I didn't have the number for the call center. The manager said calls automatically go to the call center when store phones are busy and that someone from the store tried to call me (but I had no missed calls and no voicemail) to tell me that they were out of the ingredients and was very sorry yeah I guess sorry, sorry service and a sorry manager produced very very poor customer service you lied about calling me and don't have the ingredients to make pizzas really????. Weeeeaaakkk Sauce!!!!

    I ordered food from Pizza Hut in Springboro today when I receive the food the box where my wings were in they were completely crushed the sauce was all over the bottom of the bag I didn't realize it till I got into the kitchen where I have passed the living room and drop the sauce all over the floor when I call the manager she didn't even care all she said was I'm sorry to hear that she didn't say it won't happen again we'll do something to fix it nothing she just didn't care and I ordered from this place on a regular basis you would think they care about their customers but they really don't I don't know if you guys care about this but I wouldn't order from there again unless there was an apology have a great day

    We ordered 8 pizzas for a pizza party. They said they didn't provide plates but gave me some napkins. Other than that, it's just a pizza Hut.

    Absolutely worst customer service by management ever. I will not be going back to this store ever again. My address is currently not in their online system since it is a new build on a new street, however their store does and has delivered to me before. I wanted to order a large specialty pizza, but wanted the online special pricing. Seeing as I cannot order online, I assumed the manager would be able to help me out, since customer service should be top priority. However, he ended up refusing to offer me any sort of deal and had attitude when speaking with me.

    I wasn't trying to get free food, I wasn't asking for any special deal, I just wanted the advertised special that I couldn't order because of an issue with my address in their system... and instead I get attitude and the worst customer service I have ever had from pizza hut with no solution or compromise offered. I was only told I could order their other specials if I wanted but that he would not give me the discount.

    They got our order wrong tonight and the girl answering the phone was rude. It isn't our fault your employees make and send out the wrong pizza and then when we ask for the pizza we asked for you don't get snotty with us and say we will give you credit. NO YOU NEED TO SEND US OUR PIZZA THAT WE ORDERED AND GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK FOR BEING RUDE, SNOTTY, AND NOT YOUR JOB.
