For the past 2 years I have been very satisfied w/Pizza Hut until yesterday...I order 2 pizza and a box of cinnamon sticks...to be delivered. Only to discover I would be charged $2.95 delivery fee...that the driver doesn't receive...tip is extra!!! Upon opening my box of cinnamon sticks and fly flies out of the box...open my meat lovers pizza...a fly flies out of the box again! Took an hour to deliver my pizza (I live with in 5 minutes of Pizza Hut) I have a child at home that just had surgery and was needing dinner or else I would have picked the pizza up as I normally do! I refused to call and complain in fear of what could happen to my next order! Very disappointed! You dropped the ball big time Pizza Hut!

Terrible!...incompetent people. Waited 2 hours for the wrong food...and then they said we didn't order what we ordered....NEVER AGAIN
