  This place is going down hill. Maybe after they clean up their act and train employees in customer service we will try again.

  Always seem like they are under staffed. God forbid you actually try to eat in the restaurant, I don't think they actually have someone disignated to serve customers that choose to dine in. Restaurant isn't very clean either. When you walk in everyone always looks frazzled like it's their first day. Really need some new management or hire more staff.

  They gave my pizza to someone who came in using my name? Really?? Sarah the manager says "accidents happen" and offered a small discount and a 2 liter if I didn't mind waiting "10 minutes" for them to make more. This is the 2nd time we've tried Pizza Hut in Derby. First time the guy on the phone was so confused about the specials that after 5 minutes on the phone with him we gave up and went to Little Ceasers. This place needs help. Pizza Hut as a chain has a much better reputation than this.

  Was seated by the back door where the cold air blew in as me and my ate. Was served our pizza garlic knots and apple pies all at one. The garlic knots were Delicious, but the marinara sauce was cold. Place was dirty, food all over the floor. Not pleased with visit.

  I give them a two star for their manager making an effort to re ensure us better service, many many mistakes and reused to correct them, even put us on a list of people that ask for free food. We don't want free food! WE WANT BETTER SERVICE! so we refused the free food and called corporate. Very disappointed, but maybe now that the know of the issues I can write a better review our next and maybe last go around.

  After having a couple horrible experiences with a Pizza Hut in Wichita (which happens to be closer to us), we decided to come to this location, as I've never had poor service ever here!
  
  And yesterday did not disappoint!! The hostess, who was busy cleaning a couple tables when we got inside, but had no other customers, immediately acknowledged us, asked if we were dining in, and upon hearing yes, instructed us to sit wherever we would like. We sat down, and within 2 minutes, she took our drinks and had them for us. She took our order, and we got it in a very timely manner. She checked on us a few times while we ate, but was not over the top with it. We explained to her about the service we got at the other place, and were so glad to have excellent service here. She was surprised by our story, and was glad she could be of service to us. We'll be driving in to Derby for Pizza Hut pizza for now on!! Thank you so much!!
