  This location was quit busy. Possibly a bit understaffed.. however I believe she was a manager.. come out, said she wasn't the normal server for our area, but she took our order down on a napkin and had our stuff coming!!! She was great!! Checked back several times!!! Made absolute certain we were taken care of!
  
  So I get it that places have their busy times of the day! And management came right out and picked up where they needed!
  
  Result: great experience! Great customer service! Will definitely go back! Busy or not!

  Sat for over an hour for the food, o one else in the place. Had to ask for our food. Guess I should be happy the waitress didn't walk out the door.

  Passing through town, ordered online. Great pizza and pasta for the family to enjoy in the motor home. Parking lot a little small for a big vehicle and has a deep curb cut.

  We usually order from here and it's usually pretty good. Last night we ordered and when we got our pizza the delivery guy was rude and acting nervous. Our pizza was cold, chewy and hard. Totally disgusting, we ended up throwing it out and leaving to go get something else to eat. Totally not worth forty nine dollars. Disappointed, sad to see it going down hill like this. Picture shows how we got our stuff.

  I ordered delivery yesterday for the Packer game as we had company coming for the game. One of the pizzas, pepperoni and sausage, had almost no sauce or cheese on it at all! You could only tell it had sauce if you looked closely at the crust. There was a slight tinge of red in the crevases of the crust. And yes, you could see the crust through the "cheese" that was on it. Another pizza wasn't much better. Very disappointed in the quality of this order!

  If you are ordering delivery make sure you order your food way before you even think of eating. Our business ordered employee lunch which we get 30 minutes for, called and asked how long it would take if I were to order some food for delivery, was told 30 minutes. So I put in the order- that was at 11:26, called the restaurant at 12:26 and said that we still haven't seen our food and it's been an hour. The person answering the phone stated that they got really busy and that the driver had been q'ued so she is on her way. Our business is approximately 5 miles from Pizza Hut and we still have not seen our food. (12:40) Just called again and now they can't find our order, I am currently on hold while she asks her manager been on hold for 10 minutes. This place is a joke! If it was going to take longer than expected a phone call would have been nice- now no food for lunch. I would have rated 0 stars if I could have! Will never order again!

  Recently remodeled. I really like the new look. Food was prepared about as quick as you'd expect for a pizza place. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

  Ordered delivery, came very fast, everything was as it should be. Friendly delivery guy and great food. I would have no problems doing business there again.

  The upgraded the whole place. Pretty nice place. Almost seems like less seating than before. Food always decent and nice waitstaff

  I came here and we waited in line to be seated for 15 mins. We finally got seated and waited another 15 to get our order taken. Waited 30 mins for our drinks. They did this everybody in the restaurant too. They had more people come in and sit down and didn't get helped for more than 30 mins. So many people got up and left. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they didn't even seem to care.

  I ordered a two separate deliverys. My first one was wrong and the pizza was cold so I called so they could bring it right when they came back and it still wasn't right and there was no breads tick seasoning on my cheese sticks or marinara sauce with it. I called back and she basically just told me it shouldn't have been wrong but I can give you a coupon. I'm not sure what is wrong there but I used to work there and never have I seen it be that bad and I order delivery all the time and I feel like I wasted my money and I didn't even want to eat the 30 dollars of food I just had bought. Plus I got a rude manager on top of it. You need to check your people at night.

  Man I love this Pizza Hut. Quick deliveries. Orders are like 9.9/10 times correct. Price is a bit steep for a pizza but if I'm ordering I order online for the deals.

  My daughter and I ate at the newly remodeled and reopened Tomah Pizza Hut on their 2nd day of reopening. It was truly a pleasurable experience! The waitress was very pleasant and helpful! The pizza was absolutely delicious and served in a short time. We will definitely be back soon!
