  The most recent post 8 months ago by Eden Geier is exactly our story today. We ordered from this location, received alert that the order was out for delivery, and then half an hour gone and nothing. I call and a lady picks up, tells me that the delivery person called (they hadn't) and they rang (they hadn't). She tells me it'll be out in another half an hour. I wait, call back half an hour later, and the delivery is still not out. Asked to speak to the manger, and what do you know, we were talking to her. We asked to cancel, and she did not even bother to apologise or try to keep our business. And now I am hangry.

  Horrible service with their delivery. Ended up having them cancel the delivery. They said the driver was at front entrance and rang door bell but did not get any buzzer in our apt. Also said driver tried calling but we didnt get any phone calls. Long story short, waited 1.5 hours for pizza and an argument with store manager, no results. I love Pizza Hut, have ordered from them before but I may just have to switch to Dominos.

  While delivery time was reasonable my order was incomplete. when I called I was told I could wait on another delivery in my area to complete my order and no other reimbursement of my money was available. this doesn't even mention the picky stuff like the marinara was only half full. I will not order from here again. poor management!

  I wish I could give 5 negative stars. This place is a pathetic excuse for a business. My husband and I have ordered from this place multiple times and every single time have been massively let down. Either we do carry out and our order is wrong or we do delivery and it takes way over the estimated time for us to get our food and it's ALWAYS cold. Today, we tried to call and order food for the packer game and I was on hold for over 15 minutes. My husband then called from his phone and they were going to take his order before they were going to take mine even tho I had been on hold for 15 minutes. When my husband confronted them they tried lying to him saying I wasn't on hold even tho my husband was right next to me and could see I had been on hold for 15 minutes. We then asked to speak to the manager who we then found out was already on the phone. He got disrespectful with my husband and refused to do ANYTHING to compensate for making me wait and being disrespectful. They then hung up on my husband and switched over to my line where I was still on hold for now over 15 minutes and hung up on me. We will never give this place our business again unless the horrible manager we spoke with is fired and someone does something to rectify this horrible display of what is supposed to be customer service.

  Wrost service I have ever seen. Ordered from this pizza Hut over 15 times, had to wait almost 2 hours each time and they can never find Condo. By the time I get my food it is cold. On two different occasions they never even showed up. And blamed me for it.

  I ordered two medium pizzas and the manager let me know they were made incorrectly the moment I arrived for pickup. I only had to wait 3 more minutes for the two replacement pies, still got all four pizzas, and the whole thing was on the house. Five Stars for excellent customer service.

  Although order was on time, the pasta was cold and breadsticks were soggy. In the "special instructions" box, I requested flatware, (to hotel), None was delivered. Driver kinda shrugged it off and said they have some in the hotel kitchen.... not the point. Also, ordered and paid for garlic butter.... none delivered. Guess it's domino's from now on.
