  I was charged once for pizza and then charged a second time. When I went up there and got a refund. She then called later and stated she refunded the whole thing. I'm satisfied with the whole thing. The pizza was good.

  Parking lot is horrendous. Been that way for 10 years. That's what u get when a great company franchises and the owner just cares about money and not store condition or any thing else. I'm surprised no lawsuit from someone falling n parking lot.

  ZERO STARTS!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible service and management. Took over a hour and a half to receive two meals after 1 pizza and 1 meal was delivered to our table. The floors were covered in grease on the bathroom so bad I could hardly open the door without falling. MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

  Started off with ordering online. I waited until time to pick up the pizza. Drove down at 8:10pm. I went to the drive thru and they had a few cars in line. I drove to the front door, because it's just a quick pick up. Sign said closed use drive thru. Hint all the cars and the waiting. My turn at the window. I paid and tipped. Then find out they are out of black olives. Ok you run out of stuff. I get it. Then oh sorry, we forgot to put your pizza in. It will be 10 more minutes. Can you pull around to the back of the line? Annoyed now, I did. Handed the pizza and went home and the order is totally WRONG. Not by a little but extremely. Went back and gave them the pizza back and told them I wanted the entire order comped. They had to call someone on the phone before we can do that. Papa Murphys will be my go to. Or Hunt Brothers. I will never give Baldwin City Pizza Hut another dime.

  Food and service has been good. However, there seems to be a sewer backup or something that has needed to be fixed for quite some time now. It has that smell and gets worse towards the bathroom.

  Food was badly burnt, the wings where extremely hard could barely even eat it! I had to throw it away. A waste of money. I wouldn't order nor eat here. The bathroom is gross obviously not cleaned well. Desert was alright but everything else I have tried was pretty awful.

  The manager seems to be there all the time. He gives good service. Pizza has always been fantastic.

  The place is ok but the bathroom is gross. I did the all u can eat and I wanna puke. It's so strong and u will get sick. They need to be inspected. I couldn't even go in the men's to wash my hands.

  I ordered 26 pizzas for a school pool party. 26! They told me they'd be ready in about 30 mins or so. I gave them a little extra time by going to the market to get some 2 liters. I got there about 45 minutes after I ordered, went in, saw my pizzas on the shelf and COULD NOT GET SERVICE. When I did get service, they put my pizzas on the counter, rang it up, and left. I had to make multiple trips to get that many pizzas to my car. Everyone was standing up front and not one person offered to help, or even offered me the cart that someone was sitting on.

  This place is a joke. I would be ashamed to be associated with this location. Simple order. One topping pizza and wings. Toppings are barely there and the pizza is burnt. This place has had awful service the last year as to why i have only been there 5 times but it just gets worse and worse. They completely ignore you when you walk in. Last time they forgot to even make my wings. Four people working. No customers. And i felt like a burden from the moment i stepped in the door. Phone rang and the guy answered it and asked the person to hold. Then just took five steps and stood. Person was still on hold with 4 people standing around as i left. Close this place down. These people dont deserve to provide service to the public.

  Called for a delivery order while visiting. A man named Jamel said the email that I received was not for their store. Ok I understand so what special do you have. He said 2 large 3 toppings for $22. I go ahead and order, he said was confused with the three toppings of onion mushroom and black olive. I repeated three times including thin crust which kept saying different crust each time. Then moved to next pizza and he said I can't have any toppings because I used them on the first! I was confused now. He said the three toppings was to be on the two pizzas. By now I was SO mad that this guy could not take a simple order or assist with a different combo of the order.I said never mind after being on the phone for such a long time.
