  Called to use a coupon tonight free medium 1 topping with the purchase of a large so I order the large guy on phone tells me 18 and some change. I mentioned the online 7.99 deal for the large so he tells me then its 10 and some change with the medium came out to 22 and some change. I get there 25 minutes later and they tell 22.00 for a large pizza. C'mon Man! No attempt to save a customer or make it right or apology. When I called to talk to Mario the manager he says his employee made the miatake of giving the wrong prices. I was wanting a pizza hut pizza to! Now I sit and wait at little ceasers paying 15.00 bucks for my order!

  I always order online from here. I love their stuffed crust pizzas! I've never really had problems except one time that I ordered the cinnamon sticks with the icing and paid for an extra icing and when I was about to open the 'icing' I noticed it said blue cheese which it was. It was probably an honest mistake. I couldn't try my cinnamon sticks with icing but they were delicious on their own! Delivery is usually fast as well ☺

  A lot of bad reviews but my experience is always great. Foods ready on time, Staffs always been nice, and never had a problem before. They did hire some new staff members as well if it helps.

  Not only did i have to wait over an hour for my cold pizza but i also had to come back to ridiculous service.. The manager was cool did give me my refund but his little chef boy rd in the back that goes by the name of issac was laughing as if i couldnt hear him and he then decided i asked him what he thought was so fun y and he decided to mouth off..the manager did nothing to obtain the situation not only that his other employee decides to come out which was none of his concern his name was jose he was just standing there i infront of me ..not only did i feel discomfort but i felt a hostile enviorment...i still had tk wait over 10 minutes for my pizza

  Got my pizzas!! Delivered!! It was so messed up!! They handled it like a foot ball!! Took that $hit rite back got my REFUND!!! THEN WENT TO PRESTO PIZZA!!!!

  Honestly if i could rate them lower than a star i would. Their customer service is horrible. They are incompetent. I asked for the simplest request and they couldnt complete. The manager has no problem solving skills. Also they have dirty utensils. You could see through the counter that they dont clean.

  Complete idiots!!! Told me my card declined never showed up called gave same number again card was Charged and I was told call tomorrow and talk to a general manger John...LIVID!!!! We'll see how smart he is tomorrow..eating get a cold sandwich uggghhh don't use this location

  Ordered a pizza to be delivered to my diabetic cousin, who had just gotten out of the hospital this morning because of of his diabetes. his blood sugar was very low today and all of the family is at work, so he had no way of getting food... conformation said it would be delivered at 4:59pm, on October 25th 2016, but yet when I asked him if he had gotten it yet, at 5:10pm, and he still hadn't . He was already getting sick and ready to call the ambulance by then because his blood sugar was so low. So I called the pizza hut to ask where it was, and all the manager did was say sorry and it would be there soon, was not very pleasant, sounded like a young punk, wouldn't give me a refund, CHUCKLED AT ONE POINT, like this was some kind of a joke!!!!! I am also youmg, only 23 years old, and i would NEVER act the way he did to a costumer. I will be talking to their RGM tomorrow morning, and reaming him also about letting his buisness, that location be ran in that manner. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. IT'S A PIZZA PLACE, NOT A HIGH END BUSY RESTRAUNT. I will be taking my complaint further, even to coorprate if I have to. I am beyond disgusted at that managers behavior. Although i was too upset to get his name, I know they will have record of who was working at that time. They are messing with somebodies health. Not ok!!!!
