  Go to a different pizzahut, the employees here are incredibly rude. I called and ordered two pizzas, came and picked them up and happily took them home. Turns out one of the pizzas was a pepperoni, which I did not order. No big deal I thought, mistakes happen. So I called up asking if I could get my pizza switched for the correct one. It kinda sucked, as I didn't want to have to drive the whole way back but I wanted my correct order. The man I talked to (not sure his name) blamed me saying I should have checked the pizza before leaving. (No one opened the boxes for me, and I trusted that they had the correct order. Which funnily enough the new pizzhut I go to have us check everytime before leaving) He then said it was my fault the order was wrong, because the receipt he had said I wanted pepperoni. I kindly informed him that I did not order pepperoni, as my sister and step daughter so not like it so I wouldn't have even mentioned it. He refused to believe me, as his receipt said a different story. I assume the person on the phone misheard me, or just put it in out of habit. The mistake wasn't what bothered me, but how the man on the phone handled it. I'm always very polite, and his condescending tone and accusing the mistake of being my fault wasn't appreciated. I never returned to this pizzahut. They need better training, as I always have a very great experience at all other pizzahuts I go to.

  I ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and what did I get a large stuffed crust cheese pizza with the pepperoni throwing on top come on guys get the s*** right you really think you deserve $10 an hour I sure don't!!!!!

  Okay time for an update they sent me out a new pizza that looks like they dropped it in the Box (the picture of the pizza that's all crumpled up) I think after this experience I'll just stay with Papa John's they're able to get stuff right!!!

  Yall refused to help accomadate a disabled veteran who is incapable of eating gluten and refused to allow them to sub there 1 free medium pizza when u buy a large specialty pizza coupon. They wanted a small gluten instead of a medium and you informed them it was not happening how dare u

  This pizza hut kept trying charge more than the other pizza pizza hut stores for the exact same pizza. There are different ways to apply coupons in the register to get Their deals to work. For example if a large any way you like it is 10.99 at 2 stores, and on the commercial it should be that way here right? Here if you want let's say pepperoni lovers with black Olives, that will cost you Extra for the Olives - unless you catch it, mention it, ask them to apply the coupons...

  Horrible customer service. I rate it zero stars. I use to order from them all the time they always got things wrong but o well I never complained in the past. I ordered again the other night and they didn't bring me the pizzas I ordered. I called this time they said I would receive a credit for the cost of the pizza that I didn't order so I was stuck paying for 2 pizzas that I didn't order I tried to call them today for my credited order and their gonna charge me full price exception of tax and delivery charge. I'll never order from that franchise again.

  Great service by Ebynee and very informative about the deals. Informed my very on the time my order would be ready and they were on point. Pizza was great I will be returning.
