  My app has had a bug where it isn’t selecting the correct toppings or size of items (second time this has happened) and sent an incorrect order to the store. The manager was nice enough to send me a new pizza even though the receipt matched what I got originally. Sounds weird but they gave me the benefit of the doubt and I appreciated it!

  The lady who delivered my food was very nice! Give her a raise! She had green dangle gauges. Food was made well and driver was polite and went above and beyond to deliver my food in a timely fashion. 5 star experience at this store so far.

  Quick service, but sometimes the quality of the pizza is just horrible. Ive ordered from this location a lot and at least 2 pizzas were undercooked. Sometimes it pays to take your time...

  I did an online order with this store. When I placed my order with a selected a coupon, I got a pop up box that said they did not honor the coupon at this location. I blew it off and went ahead and ordered. The order screen told me that my order would be delivered in 30 minutes. I gave them an hour and then called the store... They told me it was on its way. I waited another 15 minutes and called back. They said that my order was on its way. While on the phone with them I pulled up the Delivery Tracker off my email acknowledgement and it showed that my pizza had been delivered at 7:56 (it was now 8:30). Hmmm I never got the pizza's delivered to my home! The person I was speaking to on the phone said not to worry about that and that my order was on its way. Well I would say that an hour an 15 mins to deliver a pizza from a store 6 mins from my house is a little extreme. They offered to give me a credit on my next order.... REALLY what about this order! Since I was HANGRY by this point I told them to cancel the order. The guy on the phone hung up on me! This is the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

  Not deserving of even one star.... Very dissatisfied with the work of this establishment. Ordered pizza on friday to be delivered to my home, and not only was the pizza half an hour late, but the help I got when calling them was horrible. After I informed them of their late delivery, they put me on hold for another half an hour. It being the middle of the night I didn't notice until I hung up that the delivery boy had been sitting in front of my house on the other side of the street in his car, he was on the phone. When he finally came to ring the doorbell the pizza was cold and smashed up against one side of the box. Very disappointed with the service provided, will not be getting pizza from here again....

  When you stop thinking of yourself and put yourself in the shoes of these hard working people , I have to say they put up with a lot and produce great pizza and I only had one bad customer service experience and that was mo the ago when they were slammed. Just give that break if your not happy with service, short on staff sometimes and their computers crash as well, and all those times they have made up for it with discou ted food and good service. I won't go anywhere else for pizza now. They have won my service before any other pizza place around. Thank you guys for your hard work and usually slammed with orders.

  I love and the wings are so good I got some very very spicy wings there were very spicy but I still ate them keep up the great work and I love the garlic crust it’s so good 🙂🙂🙂

  I've worked and eaten here. When I was there I tried my hardest for minimum wage, but there's not enough good employees willing to work for minimum wage (which in Tukwila is significantly lower than Seattle proper) and until the upcoming renovation there's just too much demand for the size of the place so they can't keep up with all the orders. Also probably 25% of the customers are awful people, so if you call in you're likely to get a beaten down employee who has been treated like garbage just because someone wouldn't speak clearly over the phone or was trying to scam the place (every night I worked there someone was trying to use a handful of likely stolen cards. They would call in and give different names, but same phone number and voice, and try a few different cards. If declined they'd hang up and call right back with new info yet again).
  
  It's a Pizzahut, not some sort of classy pizzaria, lower your expectations, and always ask for the specials because corporate doesn't want the employees giving you a deal unless you ask for it.

  I was here on labor day stand right in front of the desk waiting and ready to give to somebody my order for 15 minutes everybody just crossing in front of my many many times nobody stop to ask the magic question "may I help you"??? My husband love this pizza, I don't, and this was a point for my to choose what order in a lazy day. Thanks pizza hut crew.

  They don't answer the phone until it's closing time, apparently. I tried calling in before close, no answer - routed to someone in Ohio in a callcenter.
  
  She was helpful, but only in transferring me back to the store (which didn't pick up the phone till closing). Oh yeah, quality management team here.

  Amazing difference in flavor! We love the new variety and options. It's a lot more affordable now and was an overall pleasant surprise. Hard to put down after we were full. Delivery guy came before approximate time and was thorough and friendly. We were also provided with extra cheese, peppers and napkins without even asking, which is rare in our experience.
