  I would highly recommend calling ahead to make sure there are no teams there before your visit. My family was there this afternoon and a team with yellow jerseys and the letter R we're the most out of control and disrespectful kids I have ever come across. They knocked over my 3 year old. They were throwing things around the game room and they were taking tickets from other kids that were not part of there group. My wife asked then to slow down and stop running and they began using foul language. When we talked to the staff they agreed that the kids were out of control but did nothing. They recommend we come when no teams were there. We had to leave because of the disruption and so did 2 other family's that we were talking to about it. The owner is very lucky no kids got hurt when they were thawing balls around the game room or they could have had a lawsuit on there hands. I would highly recommend banning this team from the pizza factory.

  Pizza is okay. Food takes a long time, and price is to high for quality and quantity of food. Mediocre at best.

  Great environment, breadsticks are awesome, service is great, pizza is good but the cheese and sauce never covers enough of the crust. Salad bar has greatly improved since previous visits.

  Venue:
  Lots of parking. Open spaces great for teams, reunions, group meetings. Bathrooms and dining room are clean.
  
  Food:
  Tastey beer selection at a great price. Not a gourmet pizza restaurant, but the pizza is great. Always fresh and hand tossed.
  
  Service:
  Is counter service with a food runner. They are friendly and professional. Typically a light staff. If you have a high maintenance group this might not be the place for you.

  I love this place. The pizza is great, the staff are friendly, and there's a game room for the kids. They also have several beers on tap.

  Pizza to go carryout. App resized my pizza from large to mini and the "boneless wings" were like 10 tiny boneless bits, $9 for something that could barely fill up a 5 year old. Hot sandwiches were barely warm. I haven't been here in 3 years because of the last time we tried them, things have not changed at all, still way below decent.

  As soon as we got to this place I lost my son. I didn't see him until we left the place. Busy place and kids love it and parents love it too!👍🤘😉😘

  Friendly service from the tine we walked in to the tine we left. The food was delivered to our table fast and with a smile. I will make the drive over to have dinner her again.
  5 star pizza.

  Always enjoy pizza factory. Great pizza, fun for the kids. On the rare occasion a mistake is made, they are quick to make up for it.
