I live very near pizza barn n cant tell if they are open or its closed and no more burgers? Fries but no burgers? Wth? I stopped stopping!!

I hate this place my ice cream had hair in it and there was nothing at bottom to plug it and it was dripping everywhere and I had to wait 30minuts at the speaker overall it sucks to go there

After taking out order they didn't put it in so there were people that came after us that ate and left before we got ours, then only part of our order came and had to reorder some of it. Don't think we will be coming back here. Not satisfied at all!!

Decided to order a pizza to support them on their customer appreciation day. When I went to pick it up after waiting the amount of time they told me it would take. I was ignored for 10 minutes. I finally got waited on to only be ignored again for another 10 minutes. One girl told me it would be a couple more minutes, another told me 10 more minutes. They even had to ask me what I ordered twice. Another guy there had been waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes only to have them come out and ask him what he had ordered. One of their employees left the phone off the hook so it sat there beeping the whole time I was there. Another employee was just standing around doing nothing wouldn't even ask people that were coming in if they needed help they even went to check the beeping phone and set it back down off the hook. Where is the manager on a night like this. Their food may be good but the service is terrible and unorganized. I was even considering buying the business because it was for sale but after seeing how it's run now I have no interest in buying a failing business.
