Everything! All of the baked goods, some savory, some sweet. I opted for the chocolate hazelnut creme.
Gotta get the smoked salmon pastry. Apricot pastry was also excellent. Lines move quickly and is worth the wait.
Well worth the often long line outside - smoked salmon pate is to die for.
Long, long line for buying Russian pastries. The beef and cheese Piroshky is really good.
Note the "smoked mozzarella, broccoli, and mushroom" one is 99% mushroom
Go stand in front of the vent out front and breathe deeply. Repeatedly.
Pretty good, though my pastry would have been yummier warmed up. They didn't even offer.
Man, what a tiny place! I liked the unique feel but definitely had trouble waiting in line. The smoked salmon pate was A++
Russian pastries exceeded my expectations. Bravo, Piroshky.
Pike Place hole-in-the-wall with over two dozen piroshky, Russian pastries with sweet or savory fillings. Try the Seattle-appropriate smoked salmon and cream cheese version.
Don't let the long line deter you, it's worth the wait.
I grew up with fresh Piroshky on the beaches of Brighton Beach in New York City and these guys put them to shame.
Hundreds of thousands of tourists have stopped by this pastry shop, including Anthony Bourdain. Pastries are less than $5, try the smoked salmon piroshky.
Get a beef and cheese! Salmon is ok...
This is a must! Mushroom, onion....anything is good here. Every time I am at Pike Place I have to stop! You won't be disappointed!!
Don't worry about the line. It moves really fast.
Get the beef and cheese piroshky!
smoked salmon pate piroshky is ace.
