  What a great, hand picked, selection of stuff for all things board chosen by the expert in their field employees. Skate, surf, snow with clothing and accessories to enhance the experience.

  The above reviews seem pretty much right on. When I went there I saw all the attributes described above in effect.. I think it's well worth it to check it out.. BUT. When I called to inquire about trades/trade ins I was enthusiastically encouraged to "Come on in we'll see what you have and work something out.".
  So the next day I made the 70 MINUTE drive from Massachusetts. However - when I got there - I was told that they WEREN'T interested in trade ins. They explained why not and made complete sense. But they couldn't explain why they told me to come in on the phone. So Double Check with them to be sure they can do what you need BEFORE you waste a Saturday afternoon and a 1\2 a tank of gas to go there.

  Pioneers is the best at what they do, get you in the water, on the slope or on the ramp with the best gear at very fair prices. You won't find a better surf/skate/snow shop anywhere. Steve, Bryan and Heather know what's up and will always help you get what you need, NOT sell you what would make them more money. I drive over an hour from another state to give Pioneers my business. They deserve it.

  Awesome staff and service. These guys know what they are talking about and are helpful in providing good advice.
  They have new and used boards. Number of used boards was not as much however if you call beforehand you might find what you are looking for.
  Good quality items. Bought 2 surf-boards based on advice from staff (Brian) and it proved to be great advice.
