I just purchased a 2013 Tahoe LTZ and everyone from sales to service to parts did a wonderfully superb job in delivering top notch service and following up on each and every promise. This is the second but not last vehicle that I will purchase from Pinkerton. And to add that Pinkerton does all the service on my vehicles that I purchase from them and they stand behind all of their work.
My first battery had failed completely on a weekend just after my Tahoe reached 100,000 miles. I inquired with Jason in the Parts Dept to see if there was a new alternator in stock should the Tahoe need one. He promised to have one the same day, even if he needed to go to another GM Dealer. Mike Bowers worked my repair into his busy schedule and had me back on the road in the time frame he promised. This is another example where I experienced wonderful service from Pinkerton.report this review -

Ralph was very friendly until I decided not to buy from him and he turned into a completely different person. He was very rude and pushy. I was still considering buying the car until his reaction when I told him that I needed more time to think and shop around before making a final decision. It's clear that this dealership is all about making a sale regardless of customer satisfaction.

Had a minor problem when driving through the area. Wanted it checked since I was three hours from home. They took it right in and got me back on the road in under an hour! Super friendly staff!

Labor rates are extremely high. Learned my lesson the hard way. Just getting a headlight bulb replaced was over 75 bucks. It's about 40 bucks at shelor and they have quicker service

I had called and asked for estimates on replacement of radiator and heater hoses. I was told by them they will call the next day when the hoses came in, since they didn't have all them. This was last Thursday and I haven't heard from them yet. Fortunately, I was able to find a repair shop that is able to replace these hoses.
