Every time I walk into this boutique I am not greeted. Employees are usually standing behind the register just talking talk to each other, and do not stop to greet customers. I had a friend come to Newport for a visit, we went shopping, and I took her to the Pink Pineapple. She bought something, and later decided to didn't like it. She tried to return the item(with a receipt) the next day, and was told she could only get a store credit. While this store may carry great clothing and accesories, that is all they will have to offer. I wouldn't expect a warm greeting or any kind of greeting for that matter if you chose to visit!
