I bought my wedding dress here almost 10 years ago. They had a wide variety of both styles and sizes and wouldn't you know it the prettiest dress in the store zipped up on my size 14 body. I have never been more greatful for a dress shop! Plus the prices were so low I felt like I was stealing my dress. Don't watch bride shows and think you have to pay thousands of dollars :)

I got my wedding gown here this past summer. My first impression was that I wouldn't be treated nicely, because when I first went and didn't have an appointment I was not permitted to try on gowns. I figured okay, I get that. When I went back for my appointment to try on I was treated wonderful! The staff assisted me with my vail, head piece, shoes, even my jewelry! Everything matched, and my day was perfect! My gown was soooo elegant as we're the many visits that followed my first visit! They all worked together! Yes my gown was pricey, but I firmly believe that you get what you pay for! I had visited other shopsex David's bridal and I felt like I was at Wal-Mart looking for a gown. I refer all of my friends now getting ready for their own wedding there hands down!!! I will go back for any formal event I might have! I thank all of the staff! Don't let a bad first impression turn you away! They are busy because in my opinion they are the best in this rural small town area! If you want to drive to pittsburgh for the same type of gowns do so, but it is not necessary! Wonderful and amazing that's all I can say! They even asked that I show them pictures after my big day, which of course I honored that request! They shared my excitement, and that meant a lot!

This is where I found my prom dress at. These employees were nothing but nice to me and my grandmother. I picked a few dresses I liked then the girl helping me offered to choose a few for me. And that's how I found my perfect prom dress. The girl zipped and unzipped my dresses for me. They have tons of beautiful dresses as options. And it seems like there aren't two of the same dresses in the store. Although I could be wrong. Just seemed that way. But whoever posted negative reviews must have just had a bad experience because these ladies are nothing other than nice. And wonderful customer service!

I bought my dress here on a busy weekend (they had a call off). At first, I felt the experience was positive, although my mom felt as though we were being pushed around by our consultant. After more dealings with them, I now feel the same way. For starters, our consultant said that the sale on my dress ended that day, which persuaded us to omit shopping too much more that day (now I feel fairly certain there was no "sale"). She stated that the train would be around $30 to add, much later on I found out that it was actually around $50 (just a basic train). Thinking that I would be paying only $30 for alterations persuaded me to pay a little more for it. Lastly, the consultant really pushed us to order a size larger, even though the dress fit almost perfectly, and was a lace up. Fortunately, we didn't go for that We ordered the dress (looking back, I should have bought the floor one even though they discouraged us a little bit, it was of better quality and I wouldn't have had to go back to the shop) and the consultant assured us that I could come back any time to try on the floor model. I did just that when we looked for bridesmaid dresses, and the floor one was sold and they weren't ordering another. So I waited patiently for my dress (I didn't want to pester them). Little did I know, they don't call when the dress is in, they send a postcard and just wait to hear from you and my postcard got lost in the mail. I waited til a little after the promise date and then called. At that time they were busy with prom and I made the hour drive to try on my dress. I then met the angry lady (mentioned in other posts). I was sternly chided for not coming sooner to try on my dress and the appointment was rushed, so I couldn't really admire the dress much or take a good hard look at it. The alterations got done just in time, and I had to pay their price since all other seamstresses were busy with prom too. Overall, the dress was very pretty (the floor model one was better) but I wish they had just called me once they didn't hear from me after a few weeks. The dress was already paid for!

I was left with a nagging feeling that I just got played by the bridal industry and even though I want to recommend them because they have such pretty dresses, I just can't quite do it.
