I have used Pine Creek outfitters to shuttle my personal vehicle on three occasions so that I could backpack the Pine Creek West Rim Trail. They are helpful and friendly and make the hiking or biking experience a joy. For those who want to pedal the 62 miles Pine Creek Trail they offer many different options for your ride. They can also fit you with a bike if you do not own a bike or don't care to carry your bike to the trail. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

Our Canadian hiking/backpacking trip was rained out so we did a spontaneous trip to PA to see what the the West Rim trail had to offer. We needed some info and a trail map. Shannon was absolutely amazing. She offered great tips and suggestions so that we had the best adventure possible. It was a blast. John as super helpful as well. Thank you so much! Can't wait to see you guys next fall.

Lots of items to choose from and the owners are very nice and helpful. Hidden away from most of the world but worth the visit. They also sell maps, and will give you directions to scenic places. They offer canoe/kayak trip/ rentals and bike rentals. They even bus you to the location and pick up later.

PCO is the start of the best weekend of the year. I look forward to seeing them every year. This year they reccomended wetsuits. Six out of eight went in the 40° water for way too long. They deserve the credit for a great and safe time.

Very helpful place to rent Kayaks. For an appropriate charge they will drive your car down to the take out location so it's all ready to go, just leave The Kayaks and gear there and drive your car away.

Foot pedal/crank broke half way to Blackwell, making for a difficult ride.
Upon return, the staff didn't seem to care.

The water was very low, had to keep walking. We could only do half the trip because of the water level but they charged us full price. Overall, very diappointing and I will not return.
