  People here are as dumb as a rock. They ask you to be two hours early before surgery. Then take 4 hours to process you. The seats are more uncomfortable than the airport seating. The most uncaring people you could ever meet. Do yourself a favor, have your surgery somewhere else.

  I am very happy that my mother came here for her surgery. Her post op care has been excellent and the treatment that she has received from the staff in Observation is appreciated beyond words. Thank you. Melanie- 5 STAR

  The lack of due diligence from the NURSES and failure to mobilize my Grandma after a MINOR surgery that she died from the next day changed my life FOREVER!! Not to mention, her blood pressure being too high for an operation to begin with!!! The story of how she died was sketchy!! One nurse said she died peacefully, another said they found her on the FLOOR!! The autopsy showed the failure to mobilize her after surgery. Those lazy POS NURSES left her in bed, not walking her or anything. The day before she died, she said she was In soooo much pain she wanted to cry! Based on my personal experience, this place should be shut down!!!!!!

  Our experience was positive during the procedure and during his time as an inpatient, but our post-surgery experience was abysmal. There was a confusion with billing that resulted in our needing a refund from the doctor, which we then needed to use to pay the center. Not a big deal, but this came really close to an event in our lives causing financial hardship so we thought we would take advantage of our payment plan options in order to resolve our immediate financial situation.
  
  The person who answered the phone when my husband called deserves nothing short of losing her job. Her attitude was venomous, and it is completely unacceptable the way she treated my husband. If you think it is ok to treat people that way you shouldn't leave your house never mind work in a a position in which you deal with other people. She should be ashamed of herself and Pine Creek Medical Center should be ashamed of ever hiring her in the first place.

  I specifically asked Pine Creek if all providers who would be in on my surgery were on my PPO, BEFORE agreeing to have my surgeries there, and was assured that was the case. Turns out it was not, leaving me with hundreds of thousands of dollars in bills. A classic bait and switch. Shameful.
  DO NOT BELIEVE A THING YOU ARE TOLD AT PINE CREEK!

  Service was mediocre at best. We didn't receive a bill for several months but got one this week and called to setup payment plan. Was informed today that it is not possible to setup a plan and will be sent to collection by EOM. Horrible billing practices.
  Since this surgery in late 2016, I have had another one and used Methodist Hospital for Surgery in Addison, TX. 5 stars for them. Amazing difference in service.

  I had surgery here twice. The facility is very nice, fancy, & clean. The nurses & staff were great. I highly recommend this facility. 👍

  Pine creek is a Bare-bones -facility. Limited number of nurses and physicians work at this place. Before surgery, a nurse anesthetist talked to us, but we never saw the MD anesthesiologist. Seems they only do outpatient surgeries, because at the end of the day the place was vacated. Staff were attentive and professional.
  No pharmacy on premises. The cafeteria is very small and only opens a few hours per day. The location is not pretty, or close to other medical centers..mostly warehouses around.

  The staff here is great! Everyone is so friendly and attentive. Dr. Honig, who performed my surgery, is fantastic. He did a wonderful job and I couldn't be more satisfied.

  I had neck surgery at this facility, performed by Dr Valente, on Sept 9, 2016. I can't say enough good things about the hospital or the staff. I was treated like royalty. The entire staff made sure that I was comfortable and very well taken care of from the moment I signed in until the moment I signed out. As I said, the entire staff was amazing, but my absolute favorite was Nurse Dana Lopez, she went above and beyond her job title for me. Hope I don't ever have a need to but if I do, I'll choose Pine Creek again.

  My experience for eye surgery was excellent. Check in was simple, the nurses were all friendly and professional. Denise, Maddie and Kim were outstanding!! True Angels of Mercy and made me laugh and relax. The Anesthesiologist was comforting and the nurse who drew blood was gentle... Thank you everyone...
