Very clean. Staff is polite and accommodating. We bowled during lunch period on a Saturday and it was nice. It was busy, but not overwhelming. My boys ordered pizza and it was good, after I tried what they didn't eat. Would bring the family here again.

So, my family and I came in a couple months ago and have made this place our new family fun place! Every single time we come here we are treated like family! The owner/staff is so friendly and it's so clearly authentic! I absolutely love this place! The food is good, the atmosphere is family friendly, also good for a date night! This place has become a new staple for my family!

The bowling alley, to include bathrooms and eating area, are neat and clean. The staff is very friendly. Food was good and well priced. Also well priced was the bowling itself. Visited here on a Thursday at around 3:00 and it wasn't too busy.

I come here every Friday with my family and sometimes friends. The venue is smaller than most bowling alleys but much more intimate than the chain bowling alleys in Tampa. Service is always great! The lanes are never too oily and the seating is spacious. My friends always enjoy their evening here due to great prices for drinks, food, and great company. It's becoming a tradition for us to come here each week now. I don't have to break my wallet to enjoy a great evening here.

We had one of the most horrific experiences at this establishment. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with unwelcoming comments from the tall employee with glasses, I wish I got his name. Then that same employee harassed us while we waited, arguing that our valid ID's were fake. We continued to wait for two lanes to open up when there were over 6 lanes open and ready.. the employee just left us sitting. ALSO, this establishment advertises for DOLLAR games on EVERY Sunday 6-10 pm, however this week the deal was conveniently invalid and not acceptable because it was "spring break" no where were there any signs to explain this "rule". All in All an awful experience. I usually love this establishment but now I'm not sure if I'll be back.

Horrible customer service. My boyfriend called to find out pricing and if they reserve lanes on Saturday nights. The employee told him yes and to call back the week we planned on coming. So my boyfriend calls back and the owner tells him that they don't reserve lanes and that they would see what they can do. So the next day my boyfriend calls back to make sure they would at least give him the price the employee told him and they said that the employee never said that. So they pretty much called my boyfriend a liar and said they were not going to honor any of the prices their employee told us. I hope they can hire employees that can actually do their job and give out correct information to customers.
