The service department at Piles Chevrolet is top notch. My family has utilized their department for many years and each team member is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I couldn't think of anywhere else I would want to go.

Service department unprofessional and rude! Aaron would not take my son's Camaro in for service until it was prepaid. There were no special order parts, just an oil change, tires rotated and an alignment. When I questioned him when we picked up the car, he lied and tried to brush it off. My husband called the GM of the dealership and left a message. Mr. Mann couldn't even be bothered to call back, he had the service manager call back. Obviously he doesn't care about the people that do business with the dealership. Thankfully we didn't buy the car from them. I will never buy a car from Piles Chevrolet, nor would I recommend them to anyone! I will have my son take his car to the Lexington Chevy dealer or McCluskey Chevrolet for service in the future! Spare yourself the poor, unprofessional service you will receive here. Go somewhere else!!

Bill Sharp recently sold me my Ford F-150 FX4. Bill was the best sales person I have ever dealt with in my many years of buying vehicles. He cared, was super polite, and not once lied, cheated, or pressured me. We will be going to Bill Sharp again (hopefully soon for my wife).
I also enjoyed during the negotiation process, the sales manager coming to us, and not Bill going to "a man behind the curtain."
Kevin in the service department has also been great getting the things taken care of that I wanted done.

Bought my new car from here, and I had a great experience! Every staff member that I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful! The main dealer that I ended up buying from was Danny Coulson. Danny provided a great environment, positive attitude, was very helpful and kind and provided an overall excellent experience. I will definitely be back to buy all my cars here in the future. Thanks to Danny and all the wonderful people at Piles!

Betty Morris was absolutely amazing to work with. From start to finish everyone was extremely helpful in getting me the truck I wanted. Felt at home with everyone and was kept more than comfortable through the entire process. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Will definitely be going to Betty for my future purchases.

Excellent experience and well worth the drive from the suburbs of Cincy. Professional staff, not over bearing at all. Very honest and worked out a great deal with my wife and I on a used Traverse!!! Excellent selection as well. Danny was the sales associate that helped us and I couldn't thank him more. He was even corresponding with us via text on his day off! Great group of people!

I had seen Piles Chevrolet on the expressway many times but never thought of going there. I purchased a vehicle from a horrible dealership and thought I was going to be stuck with that payment and vehicle forever. Then a friend at work told me about Piles Chevrolet and I started thinking, maybe I should check them out. The website was easy to navigate and I found a car that was just perfect for me and my budget. I found a 2017 Chevrolet Spark and asked about it. Received an call from Danny Coulson the next day. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Piles Chevrolet. They knew going in what my budget was and I was able to get an even lower down payment the I was previous paying. When I got home I called my son to come out and see the car, I can honestly say he thought this 2017 Chevrolet Spark was awesome. Thank you Danny and the rest of the team at Piles for making this a wonderful experience. I know where to send my friends and family if they ever need a great, reliable, and dependable car with great customer service.
