About

Pies ’n’ Thighs started in 2006, in the shadow of the Williamsburg Bridge. We took over a beer storage closet and transformed it into a tiny kitchen with six stools, serving huge donuts, two-napkin smoked pork sandwiches and salty, crispy fried chicken.

If you're too stuffed for dessert or heading to a gathering, grab a pie to go! I highly recommend the "Candy Bar" pie if it is available on special.

Crisp fried chicken, warm, fluffy biscuits, and tender doughnuts all at reasonable prices. Good for breakfast, too.

Chicken box is a must. Even if you don't have room for pie, you just eat pie.

Walk across the Wburg Bridge w/ your favorite girl and treat her to a chicken biscuit w/ profresh people watching on the side. If she's not into it: dump her, take me.

Taste the best of Southern-friend Brooklyn here with the catfish entrée or the excellent fried chicken box. Featured in Where to Eat 2011!

This soul food spot stuffs your face with Dixie fare including Carolina-style pulled pork, crispy catfish, and the famed bacon/egg/cheese "insane burger".

Go for the standouts, which are fried or pies. Order the chicken meal ($11) with three crispy poultry pieces, a large flaky biscuit and mac-and-cheese drizzled with hot sauce.

After a two-year hiatus, this much-loved southern-inspired Williamsburg restaurant has returned in a new, bigger location to serve arguably the city’s best fried chicken.
