I was in the car business for 23 yrs. I got an apply for instant approval. I was told I was pretty approved. I called talked to gani. He said well that doesn't really mean you are approved. Its kinda of a scam to get customers. I said oh. So they got me an approval . Steve the finance manager was ruid and talked to me. I asked him not to shot gun to a bunch of lenders . he laughed and said my score so low it won't hurt anything. I was not happy. All day through texting gani said I will call you. He never did. After several attempts Steve finally answered his phone. Would not give .me straight answers. He had me on speaker phone . people in the back ground were snickering . I live two hrs away .I just wanted answers . he just wanted money down. To cover bank fees Ect. I think these people are ruid and slam people in cars

After speaking to James, he was willing to help and would work "hard" for me. However, I never received a call back. The next day in the evening, someone called me back, but I didn't catch the name. He was in finance and had some ways he was sure he would help. He was going to return my call the next morning. And...No call back. So I called and was told I needed to speak to Andrew. He assured me that he would call me back. And over 24 hours later, still no call back. I was willing to travel 3.5 hours to give them my business, but they didn't give me the courtesy of calling me back to even tell me it was a no. Which, I honestly didn't expect a yes, but heard a commercial and thought I would give them a try. In my opinion, it is a shady business practice and I am taking my business elsewhere! Not to mention, I just called yo let management know and whoever answered didnt even care when I told him we would be taking our business elsewhere. I asked him to let management know and he blew it off like it was no loss to them. Well, I have a huge network of friends/family/acquaintances and I am making sure they all know not to give them their business when searching for their next a vehicle.

I love this dealership. I just got a car from there today with no money down and they gave me a brand new 2017 Malibu. They also helped me with no money down for insurance. They are very helpful. A guy named Bobby and their new manager was the one that hook me up and went out of their way to help me. They made me a happy first time brand new car owner, that I still can't believe that I now own a brand new car. It's too good to be true. I walked in with no money and walked out with a big smile on my face with brand new car keys in my hand. I strongly recommend whoever that's looking to get a car from here. Hospitality and customer service is beyond respect and their lending shoulders and hands is the meaning of unconditional love. Thank you so much guys for making one of my dreams come true.

Be careful when shopping for a car here. I went there looking for a car, and their loan officer decided to apply to 18 different lenders without my consent to find the lowest interest rate. Which instantly ruins your credit. How as a loan officer do you know that, and still decide to do it without letting that person know. The guy also listened to nothing I said about what I was looking for. He just kept trying to stereotype me and up sell me into a sports car. I ultimately went to the Hyundai dealership, and they found what I wanted and with an interest rate that was a tenth lower than what this place offered. Very shady company, and you can even overhear the other sales people talking badly about other customers.

My dad has been an auto salesman his entire life so I understand that it's a tough business that depends on a steady flow of customers. I didn't want to associate my first car buying experience with someone who was extremely sales focused or forcing a sale onto me, so I didn't go to Ford. I decided to take my friends advice and try Pierre Money Mart instead.

I walked in and immediately gravitated straight to Tony Zuzuleta! His warm personality and clear communication, as well as ability to work with my needs(including my lack of credit) was amazing! I felt very cared for, and didn't even care about the interest rate because of the experience I had. I was buying my first car and knew I was going to be making an investment, and Tony walked me through all of the banking lingo and jargon. I could tell that I was going to be taken care of, especially after coming back and asking for even further help with the battery which turned out to be defective. It happens. I decided on a used 2011 Chevy Cruz with 91k miles on it, but it looks so well taken care of you would have thought it was brand new!

I would highly recommend Pierre Money Mart to anyone of my friends, coworkers, or family members. The office is super chill and laid back. They really do work with you and come up with solutions to find you the right vehicle. I think Tony definitely gives top-notch service and I highly appreciate his professionalism. Thank you, Tony and Pierre!

I chose Pierre Money Mart because I have not-so-great credit - and it's said that they finance those of ill credit. -- I met with Andrew, one of the loan officers, to discuss options for myself. -- Andrew was beyond awesome -- He met with me on his day off - he walked through my credit past and what best would be for my future. -- He asked me what kind of payments and wanted to make - and even what kind of car i was interested in. -- He stayed with me until the absolute last minute before he had to go do his day off stuff. -- Andrew is the best - ans I'm thrilled to have been helped by him. -- He got me in a car I love with payments I can handle!
-- I'll always recommend this place in the future!!
    Thanks Pierre Money Mart
And a BIG THANKS to Andrew!!

Found the car I wanted online and the salesman brought it from another lot to me. Test drove it and drove off with it a couple hours later. Definitely happy with the service I got here!!

    UPDATE 2/2/2016
After trying to refinance my vehicle, I was told that because of my credit score, regardless of making payments for the last 12 months, I cant because of the type of loan I got through PMM. Just expect to pay a lot of interest if you have okay or poor credit.

You can get very lucky finding deals at Pierre Money Mart, and the guys there were great. Do you want a great deal on a slightly used car? Here is how you do it. Keep checking the main Pierre Ford web site under "used vehicles". They have deals that pop up randomly for used cars, but don't deal with the New Car sales folks, as soon as they realize you want a used older rig and are not spending 40 grand they tend to not care much... the Money Mart guys the other hand are the opposite, they are super helpful and really nice guys that want to help you find a deal. SO first find your deal online and talk to the Money Mart guys, but also if you bring your phone to show them the web deals it won't show up on the cell browser, this is to get you to come into the store, then the price on the vehicle is not available on your phone with the online sale price. HOWEVER, that is a web design trick... if you change your mobile cell browser to DESKTOP browser you will have the prices listed and the PROOF of the great deals that pop up on the web price and they will honor that price. I got a used Ford Flex just below the KBB fair price and it could have been 3 grand higher easily! Heck maybe even more... it's an amazing car for a great deal! Trust me, I had been searching in Seattle for 4 months for a great deal and the smaller lots were NOT getting me what i was looking for... the big lots get trades in and are willing to get them back out the door fast, that makes it easier to find your deal. Also when you find your deal online you may want to jump on it, the online prices change! The day after i bought my car i checked the web site and they had changed it to 2 grand higher, I grabbed it during a window it was on sale and it was only 3 days.

To take it further, when i knew it was my future car, I asked my sales rep James and the manager David at Money Mart if i could take the car to a mechanic, they agreed no problem. The mechanic said it was a great car but breaks were a bit worn down and there was a little rust on the rotors... that was it... so when i asked the guys about it they said no problem we will have the Pierre Ford shop fix it. They did just that, replaced the breaks and rotors and even gave it an oil change and replaced the oil and air filters... above and beyond! They set me up great!! I know the smaller shops would never have done that.

Great guys here! Yes... There are a few times you get the car dealer vibe, It is just what it is... like sitting waiting for paper work to come through seems to take a million years but that happens everywhere. These guys treated me like a customer spending 40 grand and i got a really great used car at a fraction of the price of something new but it runs and looks like a dream to me.

Go find your rig! This is the place that can make it happen for you! Don't waist months at little car lots like i did, hit the web site tonight and go in and grab it tomorrow!

When you here the phrase " Dirty Used Car Salesman" think of Pierre Money Mart. Not only did they damage credit worse pulling multiple hard inquires, but I was lied to by Jeff. He stated earlier he was home with a sick baby and his wife in Spokane.
Don't waste your time, hard earned money or ruin your precious credit score with these jackals.

    Total gimmick.

I was in need of a new car because my old one died. I went to Pierre Money Mart expecting to get turned down because my credit is not good and I had no money for a down payment. I was quickly greeted by the employees there with smiles and guided to the office of one of their loan officer Bill Norcross and he walked me through the entire process. Bill and the team there were great, offering me water and making the process as painless as possible. Bill went through my credit history with me and assisted me in getting approved for a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage with a low monthly payment! I have to say this was one of the best experiences for me when buying a car. They were in no way pushy to make a sale and understood that I had no money to put down. They worked with me diligently to find a car that not only would fit my budget but also fit my family of four. This was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone!
