This is a hidden gem on East Washington Street near Rt. 306 east of Chagrin Falls. I have been in the consignment shop many times and it has top of the line merchandise at very reasonable prices. Andie, the owner is wonderful to work with and I have bought and sold many fine items. I strongly recommend Piece Unique as a must stop.
Met the owner, Andie, today. That was an experience I could have done without. Not a particularly polite person. She came to turn her nose up at a sofa I wanted her to take (Not that it matters, but I really didn't know this was a consignment store) She was also astonished to know that 5 cats lived in my house. Mentioned something about cat pans. Too bad I had put the dogs away before she arrived. Upon leaving, she gave me her expert opinion that I was going to have a really hard time selling my house. That was so rude, I couldn't believe it.
I have bought lots of clothes here. It's so convenient to where I live, rather than going all the way to a mall. Even though the clothes are worn, they look new to me because I think they're pretty picky about what they will take. The racks are very well organized. Very easy to pop in and shop for a few minutes if you are busy.
