I called and spoke to Ed, the owner. I had a big job I needed done in a very short amount of time. To say he went above and beyond to help me is an extreme understatement!

He didn't have enough supplies in stock to complete my order, so he drove to the supplier in Ohio to get what I needed. (Because I needed the job done so quickly, the supplier wouldn't be able to ship them fast enough, so he offered to go pick them up!)

Ed guided me in my selection of mats and frames, and then worked his butt off to finish the order for me. He came through for me on time which allowed me to meet my deadline.

I can't say enough great things about Ed! He's a superstar! If you need anything framed, he'll do a fantastic job, and he's a super nice guy. Don't hesitate to utilize his services.

We recently took a trip to Tanzania and found a painting while we were there we fell in love with so were thrilled when we found we could order a reprint. It was fairly expensive, so we wanted to make sure to order the right size and get properly framed. We chose Picture This because of the excellent reviews and Ed Smith (the owner) didn't fail to deliver. From my first phone conversation, to the home consult (no charge) to the framing job, delivering and hanging the picture, we couldn't be more pleased!

Ed did a fantastic job! He educates his customers about everything from the types of glass to the edging on the mats, and helps you carefully select each piece until, ultimately, the frame itself becomes a complimentary work of art. He will respect your budget, so if it's worth framing, it's worth framing well!

I had this oversized poster of Indianapolis Neighborhoods which was something like 44 x 46 that I wanted dry-mounted. The mainstream stores, Hobby Lobby, Michaels, etc were not able to handle dry mounting this size. On a tip from someone at the Michaels store, I contacted Ed at Picture Perfect at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. After describing what I needed, Ed not only knew what poster I had, but was also able to handle the work immediately. I told him I'd be right there.

After arriving, Ed showed me several of these posters he had already mounted. He educated me on the various materials and explained their differences and answered all my questions; far more service and knowledge than what I would have gotten from a mainstream store.

Anyway after some time, he offered to press mount the poster I had brought in (as opposed to simply exchanging it for one he already mounted). This is what I really wanted. Without a second thought, he began to prepare his machine and prep the poster while I looked around the shop. We spoke on and off about various things and he explained more about the process and his business. I was impressed at some the work I saw in his shop, but mostly I was impressed with the level of service and information I was getting from Ed. It was truly a nice experience.

I don't have a lot of framing and picture mounting needs, but if/when I do I will be sure to use Ed and his services in the future.

ed was the best** his attention to detail and coloring took my art to another level!! when one frame came in that wasn't exactly what i ordered, we started over! he sent me pictures of the progress throughout the process. i will say they both look beautiful in my home and i am extremely happy with both !!

Ed was great to work with. We were just opening a new office and I wanted the new corporate logos printed and framed. Ed walked me through the process to ensure my vision was met. He was able to offer suggestions from experience that made the project run smoothly.
He kept me informed of the progress along the way and was able to get the work completed earlier than expected to accommodate my changing travel schedule. Thanks Ed. The pictures turned out great. Just what I wanted.
