I ordered a simple Pickleball shirt for $20. I paid an additional al $6 for shipping which is understandable. It was too big so I called customer service and was told to send it back and they would exchange it. I paid another $6 to send it back and then the customer service rep called me because I had to pay ANOTHER $6 to have a different size shipped to me. I’ve never heard of that and I wasn’t pleased and definitely won’t be ordering any clothing or shoes from them!

Absolutely AMAZING in the time it took to recieve my order!!!
I ordered new Pickleball shoes on Wednesday, and was wearing them on the court Saturday afternoon. Incredible website with information for making a decision on what to purchase, and great follow through in getting the order processed so quickly. Great job !

I ordered a Paddletek EX-L Pro paddle on the P.C. website and received the paddle in perfect condition within 48 hours (WOW! Great Service). Unfortunately, the grip was about 3/16" smaller than stated on the Paddletek specs which is not good due to my XL hands. This isn't P.C.'s fault - it's totally on Paddletek. But I called P.C. and got connected to Drew within a few seconds. What a helpful, nice guy!!!! Drew immediately understood the issue and offered up several good solutions. We agreed on one and again within 48 hours, I'm a happy guy again. "THANKS" Pickleball Central and particularly Drew.
