Staff is friendly. Not easy in and out of the parking lot which is pretty small for the size of the yard. Yard is not organized so you have to hunt. Their website said they had two Dodge Dakotas...I couldn't find either. Found a couple gems in their "extras" bin (nice multi-meter). Good prices on tires if you pull them.

It's a mechanics dream place to find hard to find parts for old cars, find cars under $1000 fixables, things are organized and the ladies at the entrance are very efficient and happy in guiding you and give you service. ,

Best junkyard in Salt Lake. All vehicles predicted and on stands, over clean carpet pads and clean, dry gravel! See the pic I posted. And the girls who sell the parts are friendly and smile. Salt Lakes best.

I don't know why this place is getting so many bad reviews. I got a quote over the phone, I took my car in, the girl who helped me was friendly and polite. She knew how much I was quoted over the phone and she figured out a way to get me $60.00 more than what I was quoted, and it was a very quick and painless process. Can't ask for much more than that. Maybe they only shoot attitude towards customers who shoot them attitude first, I personally had a great experience with them.

Professional staff that is ready to help with whatever you need. Thank you very much for helping me get my project finished!!! Remember this is a junkyard and it only costs a dollar get in and find your part. A dollar to use their cars for your benefit. Once you find your part prices are very reasonable.

Low entry price and friendly staff. They do exept credit cards and there are many vehicles in there. Most of the vehicles are picked pretty clean and you can forget about finding any nice looking cosmetic parts that are in good condition. This junkyard is mostly for finding mechanical parts in common vehicles.

This is a junk yard where you can pull your own parts. There is a $1 entry fee. Their prices are reasonable. The staff can help find vehicles that have matching parts if you ask.
No children in the yard which makes sense since this is a junk yard.
Once there website listed a vehicle which was no longer in the yard. And once in a while the staff aren't friendly, but who hasn't had a bad day from time to time.

I got the part I needed eventually. The map they gave was useful. Their card reader didn't work for quite a few times

Absolutely the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with in my life! I would rate them less than 1 if I could! When trying to sell our car to them they scheduled us for a pick up between 8am and 12. By 11:40 we had not heard anything so we called back to see what was going on. They said "the driver tried to call you", which is absolutely not true. We had the phone sitting out and on the entire morning. We had no missed calls, or voicemails. My husband took the day off so that they could come pick it up. They offered to reschedule the pick up for us, which we declined because this was his only day off. They told us to bring the car in and we could pick up the check when we dropped it off. So we brought the car in all the way from magna. After they checked it out, they said they couldn't write us a check because the driver had the check with him, and they had no way to get the check from him to give it to us. Because he was in the shop with his truck that was Having problems. Same driver that supposedly called us prior to pick up. We literally wasted our entire day, waiting for them, and then sitting around the yard while they "tried" to figure out how to get us our money. They are such a joke! Not to mention their used parts are selling for new prices! They tried to charge us 15$ for a blinker switch out of a 96, and auto zone sells it for 20$ with a warranty. This place is a rip off and a joke! Don't waste your time or money here, find a better place!

They are not customer oriented. They refused to answer some of the basic questions but they wanted top dollar for any parts. Not worth my time

Great deals if you can find the stuff you need. Willing to make a deal. Sorta poor attitude from employees but they have to deal with some pretty tough folks.

Customer service has really gone downhill. I rated this company before with a 5 star expecting them to be just as great as they were before each and every time you come in. Last time I paid for something, it went out in a day & I let them know right away & we were trying to find something else to replace it, They conveniently lost contact and when I recently went in there I told them about the situation and the one guy said he remembered me, thought I looked familiar... Right off the other guy was like 'm sure you dont have your receipt and it was so long ago that we couldn't help you now
