  I had gone to a few Honda dealerships and this one was definitely the most welcoming and professional. All my needs were met and Gene did an excellent job at making sure not only that I was satisfied with my purchase, but that I could always contact back with any questions or concerns. As a first time car leaser, he was able to explain anything I needed more clarification on and made sure I understood my purchase. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Gene and this dealership to anyone.

  If you want to purchase a Honda, then go ask for Andy Au at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia. Andy was professional and efficient, tell him what you want and he will make it happen. He is a straight talker; no gimmick sales tactics. We communicated through phone and text, settled on the options and price, go in test drive, do the paperwork, pay the pre-negotiated price and drive away with our new odyssey. That's how modern car purchasing should be, easy and hassle free. I will definitely recommend Andy to my families and friends if they need to purchase a Honda.

  We had an excellent experience with Tony from Piazza Honda of Philadelphia. From the start Tony was honest and pleasant to work with in helping is find the Honda CR-V we wanted. He made the whole process very easy and efficient. Another local dealership could not match what Piazza Honda was able to quote us and this made us very confident we were getting the best price around. Tony called us with updates throughout the process and I felt that he was very invested in providing excellent service. Thank you Tony for making buying a car an easy and enjoyable process! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. Go see Tony!

  If you're looking for people that care about your satisfaction and will make sure you will leave their shop more than happy, go nowhere else. I just bought a Civic 2012 and had the best buying experience ever. Adham (finance manager) and Garry (new car sales) at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia you're awesome.   We had a great experience working with Mark at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia. He was personable, respectful, and answered all of our questions. We did our homework before going so we were not surprised by the quote we got. He let us take the quote to another dealer who said they could match it but not beat it. The customer service was so much better at Piazza so we went back to them. Mark was able to find the car we wanted and had it brought over just a couple days later. I worked with Bill for financing. He explained everything and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Piazza Honda of Philadelphia!

  Honda Piazza was very good to me when my car wouldn't start after coming back from my Texas trip and being in the devastating Hurricane Harvey. They were able to find out the problem quickly and fix my car the same day. Since I was in a rental, they even picked me up from Enterprise at the airport so that I could get to my car. The staff were helpful and lovely!!

  My husband and I have gone through Honda for the past 7 years and everytime we are more than happy! We only use Tony and is meets our needs 100% and then some! Just purchased my new accord yesterday and LOVE it! Tony did above and beyond! Can't wait to go back when this lease is up and work with him and Honda again!!

  The staff at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia were remarkably friendly when I bought a new CR-V around Memorial Day. Of course, their business is to sell cars, but I felt that they genuinely wanted to help me.
  
  Jun walked me through important features of the 2017 CR-V and thoroughly answered all questions I had about the car. After discovering that Piazza's Philadelphia location did not have a CR-V with the exact trim and exterior/interior color combination I wanted, Jun ordered a car for me that arrived in just a few days. He also kept me updated while my credit was being checked.
  
  Khaled knew a lot about numbers and was very quick to answer questions I had about the papers I was about to sign.

  Brian Lin was my service advisor. He was courteous, kind, thorough and generous. He kept me up dated on the progress of my car, and was always specific and detailed when it came to any charges I might incur. And he worked hard to ensure that those out-of-pocket expenses for me were minimized as much as possible. The woman at the check out was also extremely courteous and kind, and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that everything was executed properly. It was truly an exceptional experience, which is saying a lot because my car had been in bad shape. They took good care of me. I would definitely refer a friend to them.

  Fantastic service from Joe Lewis. From beginning to final sale, he listened to us and made sure we got what we wanted and needed. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and, best of all honest and trustworthy. We left with exactly what we had hoped to find -- a new Honda Civic, a great deal, and a warm feeling. Everyone at Piazza Honda was kind and thoughtful. That's where we've bought all of our Hondas and recommend it highly.

  I bought 2 of my cars from this dealership and had great purchasing experience both times. When I bought my 2013 CR-V they worked with me to give the best financing option then when it came to leasing my second car in 2015 I went to them. I will definitely going back to them for my next car.

  Needed to get out of my leased 2014 Civic early due to the amount of mileage that I drove. Staff was friendly and the service provided was fantastic. Took the extra drive over to Piazza and it was worth it. Arrived to the dealer and shortly after I was already in one test driving it, I picked out the trim level I wanted and financed a new one. Deal was great and my expectations were succeeded. Go see Gene in sales.

  This is the best dealer I've been to so far. The staff are very helpful and not out to rip anyone off by any means. Wish I would've bought my first car here but hey lesson learned. Also this is the only service department I bring my car too. The guys are very good at fully examining everything and aren't quick to jump into repairs without telling you about them first. This place truly cares about their customers and is eager to help them. Thank you piazza Honda for all of your wonderful service.

  Great experience. Staff was friendly, efficient, organized and explained everything very well. I requested a quote online earlier this week and the online rep Shawn contacted me within 30 minutes to talk about what I wanted and set up a quote within a few hours. They were willing to do most of the dealing over the phone so that everything was ready and drawn up when I went in person. I was in and out with my new car within just over an hour. They have since followed up with me to make sure everything is okay. The car is exactly what I wanted. Entire staff was welcoming and professional. Definitely would recommend!
