This practice has been a total nightmare!!!! Stay far away, the quality of care is awful. I’ve never met a practice so unorganized in my life. Came in for OB care, had front desk employee complain about controlling my autistic son when he stood up on a chair. The midwife Candice Politi spent an entire appointment ridiculing me for my weight. Nurses cant preform simple blood draws. Hope you have nothing better to do with your time then reschedule appointments because that’s all this office will do, at one point rescheduling my appointment 4 TIMES! When I expressed that I was unhappy with my care I was told that the office administrator would call me and that never happened. Fast forward a week and I receive a letter in the mail telling me that they are dismissing me from the practice. I’m nearing my third trimester and other practices now won’t take me because I’m already almost in my third trimester with no OB care. I will be reporting them due to this, whatever you do find somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would.

My daughter and I just had the worst experience with this practice. They scheduled us as first time patients in the wrong office location. When we showed up we were treated with attitude and indifference. I tried to speak with a supervisor and I was met with a nasty attitude; the lady stated well she didn't schedule me. I am completely disgusted by the lack of professionalism! I will never go back to this practice and I would never recommend it to anyone!

Also, another patient walked in after me. They scheduled her for the wrong office as well. Very incompetent office!

The staff here is horrible & very rude! Avoid this practice at all cost. Yea, the Dr I saw (Dr. Rawlins) was great, but I just cannot get past how rude the staff are. They are not helpful in any way when they make a mistake either. When you call for help; they place you on hold and hang up. Very unprofessional!

On a Wednesday morning in PSL, I was trying to be seen for something non-emergent, but definitely something that needed to be tended to as soon as possible. I called to schedule an appointment, and because I was never a patient there before, the receptionist told me the NP would not be able to see me for 5-6 weeks. She showed little empathy for what I was calling for, and was quick to cut the call after I said the time frame she gave me was too long of a wait for my condition.

We all have bad days?! It seems that the office is so busy that they cannot even speak with a client (or potential client) with respect. I was referred to this office for a nice experience with the doctor, however, if I have to deal with the rudeness before I even get to the doctor, I'm not sure it's worth it.

Dr. Dayton is an amazing physician. From a professional and medical standpoint he is outstanding. He makes you feel very comfortable and knows how to treat and respect patients. I am a 31 year old woman who is in the medical field and sees behind the scenes and he delivers time and time again.
