  Waste of Time and Money!! The doctor did not even exam me for my concern for going to Physicans Plus. She gave me a token diagnosis and kept saying to go to the emergency room or my primary care provider. She needs to review the Basics of PreMed 101--listen to your patient. This facility has a very limited medical capacity. It is a "Band-Aid Station"; it reminds one of going to the "School Nurse". AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!

  I sat in the lobby for an hour with 5 people infront of me then I finally got in the back area and I can hear people laughing and messing around and I say back there for another 45 minutes before anyone came in to see me. Very poor service I was there for a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes

  Came for a sports physical. Can honestly say it's been the best experience at a doctor's office I've had. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Was here on 8/8/17.

  I called ahead to see if they were busy, and the very friendly receptionist said they were not so I drove over. I was feeling absolutely terrible, and the kind nurse and doctor were very quick in coming to a diagnosis, sending a prescription in, and generally making me feel more healthy.

  Rocky at front counter was kind and gracious. In fact, it was his courteous voice on the phone that helped me press pass the one star reviews here and go in. Short wait time. All the staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. I received good care quickly.

  One time the wait was 3 hours, other time I was taken to a room and treated almost immediately. It varies and is not always a ridiculous wait time, but is walk in only so you can not expect anything more. Nice staff

  Be fortunate that you have someone available when no one else is. We didn't use to have that. I agree we would benefit from a larger staff. There is always the emergency room.

  Wife had been sick for some time and began to get hives around her neck. Took her here on the weekend to see if she had strep throat. Waited 45min in the lobby with maybe 3 people in front of us. Got into a room and waited another 20 min for the doctor. Doctor left and said she would give a swab. Waited 30 min for a swab with no one understanding what needed to be done or thinking we were waiting on the results (which haven't been started yet). We had to ask two different individuals to see what was going on. I know they are understaffed, but the timing seemed terrible for the amount of patients. Now just sitting here waiting another 20-30 min for the results to get back.

  Wait times are absolutely ridiculous! Almost an hour and half in the waiting area! Yes you can expect some wait time but there is no reason to have to wait that long. Then you have the wait for the doctor to come see you. Not very happy with experience what so ever.

  My daughter started to throw up while I was registering and the person behind the counter turned his head while another person just walked passed us. She kept throwing up all over the carpet so I screamed for a bucket still nobody moved.
  When we finally got a room Cynthia Stechschulte, PAC, Family Medicine Physician Assistant, Physician Assistant was rude, loud and rushing because she wanted to leave (which she stated). I don't care if you have to leave you should not be this rude!
  I will be contacted BVHS to place a formal complaint
