I've been going to this practice for 12 years and I'm not sure what happened. I've decided to leave and look elsewhere for care due to their poor customer service, several experiences with very rude nurses on the phone and a health care provider who needlessly bounced me around between sonograms, other providers, unneeded antibiotics, and multiple office visits where I received approximately five min of her time each visit. It saddens me to leave the group who delivered my children but I was so upset by the recent phone call from the nurse who raised her voice when I started to ask questions any rational adult would ask and what became a feeling of absolute disinterest from the provider in effectively resolving my concerns, which a CT scan ordered by another provider ended up demonstrating were legitimate concerns. This business could use a better model for patient engagement, responsiveness and bedside manner. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.
