  Awesome service they were very transparent with me and gave me 3 different screen types to choose from ranging from aftermarket to original very reasonably priced other shops were trying to charge me for an aftermarket screen the same price that they were going to charge for an original will recommend to anyone I see with a broken phone from now on

  The work I received was done quickly and much better priced compared to other places in the area. I was visiting from out of town so desperately needed the repair done. However I have now found you get what you pay for. Less than a week after the front and back screen repair there are now hairline fractures in the front screen. I did not drop my phone to cause them. I now need to repair my phone again now that I am home. I was specifically told when I paid for the repair and a new phone case that I do not need a screen protector as it did not work well with the case I was getting. When I called today regarding the warranty on the service per their receipt and explained the issues, I was told that 1) the employees would never have said/not Recommend a screen protector 2) the warranty only covers manufactures issues not the work they did and 3) no sort of reimbursement for what is now clearly shoddy work. I was however offered a deeply discounted repair should I be in FL again.
  So 3 stars since they did repair it well and my phone is 1000% improved from how it looked when I brought it in, but lack of customer service and lack of desire to do anything to make it right should make you question if you should go somewhere else. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

  I brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max today that was cracked on the back and the front which also had a white line apple quoted me $640 with tax since I had no insurance on it to fix it but, Phone Physician repair fixed it for $214 ish with tax I highly recommend so happy my phone is fixed .   So I gave that 1 star because of that and now I gave it a 5 and glad to say I am so please that I gave yall another chance because your skills are just that skills and customer service since that o e day has been in favor of the customer so people understand we all have bad days just don't let that be the reason why you miss out because I all most did
