  Stay there back in March 2017 when I got engaged and I will be staying there again 22nd of October through the 27 for mine and my wife’s honeymoon we just love it there

  I stayed at Phoenix 1 unit 1054 I really enjoyed it it had every thing in the kitchen all new funiture the view of the gulf was amazing we had a great time

  The hotel is great but the room that I stayed in was disgusting not quality for the price the floors we're filthy there were no batteries in the remote there is a very short supply of kitchen items and they had spider webs on the ceiling the room upon arrival had a foul order and I had to go purchase candles an spray not sure if a service is used to clean or in house staff who does cleaning but they need to be reevaluated on sque 15th floor needs to be reevaluated. The decor an funature decor are out- dated an some things just plain junk. Again for the price of condo I wouldn't stay in this condo again!

  We have always stayed on the bay, but we really enjoyed our time in the Phoenix 1 condo. Even though this was built in '85 it's still a great place for the entire family and better for the kids too. This condominium is clean, safe and secure and up to date with the latest commodities, yet not the most luxury. I would recommend staying here too if you don't have to have all the glamor and gold.

  These condos are spacious and the view are great. Very clen and the condo was well equipped.

  It was horrible. Toilets were backing up, bed sheets were stained. Rooms were not clean at all. We called and it took them 48 hours to come check on the toilets. Would not suggest anyone to stay there unless they fix these issues

  The room was clean and nice. However the balconies were not private and we only received one roll of toilet paper, you get charged for any extra toiletries. The man at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
