  I went to buy a Christmas tree. It's very hard to find customer service representatives that have real answers for your questions immediately. However, the customer service was beyond excellent. Bob was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. Petitti's is a more expensive store, but I feel very comfortable spending the money when I fully understand the products I'm buying. Not only was Bob informative, but he also gave us pointers on easy ways to set up the tree. I would strongly recommend the Petitti's in Strongsville and Bob to anyone!! Thank you Bob for the excellent customer service!!

  Customer service done right. I called in to inquire about a particular plant (rhododendron with coral flowers )and while he explained they didn’t have it he offered other similar options which none of the five other greenhouses I called, did. Great job!

  Petiti’s is a nice place, well kept, decent inventory. Slightly overpriced in my opinion for such a large business. Have had some poor experiences, mostly with poorly trained staff & cashiers, counter service should be faster.

  Wow. Unbelievable amount flowers shrubs and bees. Never seen a nursery with so much to look at and other things.
