  Dr. Nicole made my little Lucky the Boston Terrier feel so much better after not being able to eat for 4 days. She brought his spunky little self back to life persay!

  The staff has taken EXCELLENT care of my two adult dogs, as well as, several puppies that were adopted from our previous litter. Each person we encountered during any of our visits has been welcoming, accommodating, & genuinely concerned for the overall wellness of our animal & our family. Their prompt response time & detailed communication before, during & after a procedure is comforting.

  My family and I were traveling to Ames for the Holidays from California including our 6-pound yorkie. At 7am on Dec 27th she had a major issue that needed to be seen ASAP. We contacted Pet Emergency ISU and they said it would be hours before they could see her, so we waited until 8am and called Pet Medical Center. They got us in at 8:50am! Dr. Rosel, Courtney and the rest of the Pet Medical Center staff were amazing and so very kind. They even contacted us a few days later to check on our yorkie. We are so grateful to them and would recommend them to everyone! Many many thanks from California. :)

  Dr. Jarod is such a genuine person and you can tell he really cares about your animal. He did an amazing job with my cat and navigating all avenues when she started having litter box issues. Many visits later and she’s finally getting better! Thanks to Dr. Jarod and the staff for the continued friendliness and awesome service. Would recommend them to anyone!

  I'd recommend Dr Rosel to anyone. He's highly skilled and knowledgable but also practical. With every pet, he gives us lots of excellent information and options, then lets us make the decisions. When our dog was near the end of her life, he helped us recognize how uncomfortable she was and when it was time to stop with medications. I'll always be grateful to him and his staff.
