They used to be great, but they won't see their pets (who have been to them many times before) for any emergencies. They make you go find other clinics. May be good if you don't ever need them for 2 months out. I will be switching vets now. They were great before covid.

Update 06/03/2022:
This place has truly gone downhill even before Covid. They NEVER answer the phone but will still text you and send you postcard reminders to schedule an appointment and when you finally get through they say they cannot scheduled any appointments due to only having one doctor and she is really booked. I literally called for over a month and was NEVER able to get someone on the phone. Instead you get the recording that says to call back later. Today after calling 3x and finally put on hold for some time I couldn’t even schedule an appointment. The service gets worse every year. I no longer recommend this office to anyone especially since they are not that affordable or a walk in clinic like they used to be which was their selling point. Use them for vaccinations only if you can get an appointment otherwise look elsewhere.

Amazing!! Affordable and quality pet care and services! However do expect a long wait time during busy hours since it's a walk in clinic. Also, the doctors might not always return your phone call right away when they are busy! Overall I recommend this pet clinic!

Very pleased with Pet Doctor services..we have use them for over 10 years. Dr. GARNER has taken care of our pets. We think she'll the best. Her vet assistant is also great.

Many of the dogs in our program absolutely love pet doctor especially now that there are two locations. I love the convince of the walk in hours and the dedication of Dr Nelson and Most of his staff We used to prefer first Ave location since Dr Louis was there but since he left, we have gone back to the Oracle location.

friendly，very impressed how they did my girl's nail cut. She has black, thick and long nail, never got this well cut at the other place I used to take her to before. Glad I went early in the morning too, there were a lot of people wet.after we had arrived. COVID protocol that keep "parents" waiting outside, they are super efficient too.
