I am so grateful for the ultimate service we received from Pest Pros. We had a visit from an uninvited critter in our home. We had a recommendation to give Pest Pros a call; Ashley was amazing and responsive to our concerns. She answered our questions, was very helpful and she set us up with same day service for our emergency. Elliott the service tech showed up on time with his excellent wealth of information. He was highly knowledgeable & started treatment immediately. Elliott’s excellent, fast, friendly service and follow up was above and beyond. Josh even followed up with us to make sure we were taken care of and all our concerns were addressed. The customer service at this company is absolutely amazing!

We needed services at my father in laws home and Joe was there to help! Very professional and hard working. He came back quickly when needed. He was able to get all of our needs taken care of very throughly and efficient! I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of pest control services of any kind! 5 stars all day!!

Our community has been using Pest Pros for years. We love their fast and friendly service. I really enjoy that I’m able to use the Pest Pros portal to review invoices and weekly services visits. They are dependable and very knowledgeable, Brandon our weekly service tech is goes above and beyond to make sure that all our requests needs are taking care of. I recommended Pest Pros for anyone looking for fair, friendly, knowledgeable and dependable service.

Brandon K. Was extremely professional, informative, and courteous. He thoroughly explained our treatment options, prices and provided a wealth of education. I would recommend this company to anyone, it is well worth your time. I would like to also add that I called yesterday and they came out this morning AND I did have Brandon start treatment today.

I called to schedule an inspection for pest activity at one of my rental properties. I spoke with Whitney whom I believe is management, she was so knowledgeable and polite. I had a limited time frame for scheduling and she was able to answer all of my questions and got me scheduled the same day I called! I would recommend this company for their professionalism. If you do call, ask for Whitney, she’s super sweet and the girl knows her stuff!
