Always friendly people and lawn cared for. Cement work could use a little help near the shore line. Great surrounding area of one of the freshest body of water any where. Septics had been mandated to be removed from all homes, and cottages within the watershed 20 plus years ago. Silver lake has been a great area to go to for a 100 years or more. Being not more then 5 - 10 minutes from the famous Lecthworth Park is certainly a plus to all visitors and property owners. There is also marinas on both ends for launching ,fuel, bait, food and ice. Fishing year round is very good . We love living there at our 2nd house.

Great little beach. Picnic benches and a grill and a truly beautiful lake. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Beach what beach! Bring sand with you if you want a beach. Three foot drop off from a cement wall to get in the water. Village should want to crawl into a corner and cry.
