I hired this company to build a pavilion to extend my patio. The build came out nice but they never sealed where my house and the pavilion meet. There is water that leaks in between when it rains. The owner Joan keeps saying they will fix the leak but it’s been 2 months since they last came and he collected the money. Bad communication problems throughout the entire build. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
UPDATE: +1 month later still not fixed. No response from company

Pergolas of Tampa Team is outstanding. The owner Joan went above and beyond to get our project done ahead of schedule and help us with the design to ensure we had the most sun coverage. His team was professional and punctual. Their skills were superb. They completed the job in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. The team cleaned up the work areas and moved all the furniture to make the job even more complete. I highly recommend this company. THEY ARE SUPERB!!!!JOB WELL DONE!!!!!

The Pergola was amazing. Joan made the process real smooth, the price was good, and the final product was everything I wanted. Would recommend to anyone.
