  The team at Performance Volvo was very accommodating as I made the purchase of our Palisade. Dustin Wise in particular coordinated efforts with management for my wife and I to have an extended amount of time with the vehicle to help us make the decision o purchase. Dustin's communication was prompt and clear. He even took the time respond to questions on his day off. We will be visiting Dustin at Performance in the future as we shop for our next vehicle.

  I bought my 2016 Volvo in for an oil change and a filter and also to check on a vibrating sound in the back of the car. While it was in the shop they gave me a loaner car that was a brand new electric CX 40 that was very fun to drive.!
  Performance sent me a detailed estimate of recommended work on the car. When I picked up the car, there was some disagreement about being charged for the assessment of what was creating the vibrations in the rear of the car. Kevin generously removed that charge after we discussed it briefly, and I was very grateful for his willingness to do that. I will continue to go back to performance Volvo my car, because of quality experience, that I had!!

  Great experience. Dustin came in on his day off to work around my schedule and was overly communicative. Definitely a professional!! Seamless purchase process. Upfront pricing on the purchased vehicle and more than fair valuation of our trade. Would definitely buy from them again.

  My second experience with Kevin and the service department at Performance Volvo was just as wonderful as the first. Super helpful, competitive pricing (brakes and tires) and top-shelf customer service! Kevin arranged a ride home for me and even had the car dropped at my house after it was done so I did not need to miss work! My daughter’s car had also been thoroughly cleaned and washed! They even fixed the slight damage to the front end so it was less noticeable! Can’t say enough nice things about Kevin and the service department and I highly recommend!! A+

  I'm so happy I leased a Volvo 3 years ago in NYC because it lead me to Performance Volvo now that I'm living in Reading. They gave my XC-40 its last service before I'm supposed to return it and then I purchased a used Mercedes Benz from them. Their Sales Specialist, Dustin Wise, was a dream to deal with. He provided my wife and I the most pressure-free buying experience I've ever encountered while car shopping. Their prices were fair and "aggressive", as Dustin put it. He was in constant communication with us throughout the process and made the paperwork part a breeze. I enjoyed the whole thing so much I may end up stopping by again if they have another used car that catches my eye. Highly recommend this dealership and make sure you seek out Dustin if you're looking to lease or buy.
