  Omg!! Thank you soo much Dr. B! I was really nervous about the procedure because I have never had laser treatments of any kind before, but so far, I am having excellent results. Even better than I expected! Terra is such a doll. Incredibly sweet! All of the girls is the office are really nice also.

  Dr. Burgmeier is very detailed and experienced. This experience leads to great service from him and his staff. On top of that, he’s a great person, I wouldn’t use anybody else for the services he offers.

  Ladies at the counter are so sweet. I came for tattoo removal and the doc was do understanding of my situation and eager to provide info on how it works. It was painful but quick every session! :)

  My treatment at Perfect Skin was wonderful! Jamie and Terra are the best! They put me at ease and my results were exactly what I was expecting. They are so friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning for more treatments.

  I’m a 72 yr old female with good skin. One day I looked into the mirror and realized I didn’t like the look of the area under my eyes and around my mouth - the areas looked sunken and with lines developing around my mouth. I had a consult with Dr Burgmeier who recommended laser skin resurfacing to address these issues - as long as I had enough available time for the recovery period - he was very upfront about that. On procedure day, Dr B placed about 15 nerve blocks in my face. I went home with a silicone mask on my face and a face shield to block the sun while in the car. He gave me a prescription for pain meds which took care of the first night discomfort. For close to 3 weeks I didn’t look very good - swelling and scabs (wearing a mask when I went out for the first weeks took care of that). When I was done scabbing, there was redness in the treated areas. Dr B recommended I come in as often as I wanted for red light treatments to reduce the facial redness. So, I was at his office several times a week for the next 2 1/2 months. All of the front desk personnel and medical assistants were always so welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable. Here I am 3 months out and all the redness is gone. The women in my gym class say I look amazing - that 20 yrs have been subtracted from my face. Every morning when I look in the mirror, I’m just so totally happy. There are only a few lines and they’re much lighter. The sunken look is gone. Going to Dr B and trusting my face to his expertise and skills and desire to make people look better, was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
  So, yes, I would definitely do it again!
  Oh, and I forgot to say, that Dr B has the best bedside manner. He’s straight forward, funny and good looking, too. So, win, win, win !!
