Best environment at night and top-notched taste of food (particularly dessert) among US 3-star Michelin. The $325 gratitude-included price is a value. Similar food as in French Laundry, yet much easier to reserve a spot. Overall, I recommend Per Se over French Laundry.

We were there for our first anniversary. Excellent food and excellent service. Great window view. They surprised us with a personalized printed menu with our names and our anniversary date.

Amazing service, very good food, great view. It is definitely an experience, but am not sure it is worth the price tag. Have had better food for cheaper, but per se seems more about the atmosphere, service and frills which is unparalleled. The wine is surprisingly reasonably priced. The meal is also the perfect amount of food. Took a bit longer than expected, about 2 and a half hours.

Quick fact:$195 for five course Dinner, service included.

This turns out to be a surprisingly relaxing experience. I took the window seat at lounge, sitting on a comfy coach, facing the view outside I almost want to lie down, read a book with a cup of tea.

Ok back to the point, The food per se (five-course lounge menu) is exquisite. Now for nitpick (sorry to be difficult) that's most of the cuisines are on savory side, not much refreshing dishes to reset your palates. Perhaps I should've ordered the paired wine.

    Overall it's worthwhile. Highly recommended.

The finest dining experience I've ever had. 9 courses if I'm not mistaken, The silver spinning desert accessories were cool, I was asked to wear a suit in order to attend the dining experience, I supplemented the meal with wagyu beef and it was superb, the waiters served us thoughtfully. All in all a great experience. Well worth the price. 😊

Fantastic world class restaurant that has inspired many others. Food and service faultless. We had a very minor issue during the evening and it was immediately sorted in a manner above and beyond. Make a booking for sure.

Wonderful meal. Plenty of time to sit and enjoy each dish. Each one is delicate and savory. All the desserts were phenomenal as well. It does have a high price tag, but I think it's worth it for a one time experience.

This is my favorite Michelin three stars restaurant in NYC currently. The chicken chest was very juicy, and lamb was very soft. But desserts had amazed my taste bud because I never tried dessert so delicious like those before. Furthe more, the most excellent were chocolates for my after the meal. Finally, I want to say the waiter' service had affected me a lot because they offered a surprise as an extra dish for me, and they were so nice.

Best dining experience ever! Totally worth the $$$. Service on point and so was food. I'm still thinking about the amazing burst of flavors. Get the tasting menu. Dessert was amazing, kept coming out! Even a to go dessert box. Makes me want to dine at only 3 Michelin stars!

Very friendly service. They called us few days before to confirm the reservation and asked any special wishes. When we arrived to restaurant they asked all the same questions again It didn´t matter, but would have been special, if it really would have remembered special wishes we talked over the phone.
There were only two whole menus, no change to choose separate foods. Menu we choose was great though!
Wine menu we took with food was excellent!
Little stiff atmosphere. Good place for special occasions.

This is a very sophisticated restaurant, by all measures. Three adjectives describe it best: expensive, delicious, and delightful. The service is top notch, the view is of Columbus Circle/Central Park. The space is open and unconfining. This is a place to take your time in order to fully appreciate the experience. It is well known in New York as one of the best restaurants in the city, and it lives up to its reputation.
